Because you don't want to, at the end of the day, be regretting a lifetime mistake, especially when we're talking about an asset, an investment, your own home. Refundable pa po ba yung reservation fee? Nakapagpa-reserve na ako kaya lang parang nagbago yung isip ko. Mas gusto ko na kasing kumuha ng unit sa Torre de Manila.
