    ^Bakit naman atenista/lasalista?

may bago na bang mga schools ngayon na mas sosyal pa sa ateneo at lasal?

  3. #43
^madami nang jologs nakapasok sa ateneo/lasalle.

  4. #44
you mean ADMU at DLSU di ba? dahil maraming ateneo at lasalle. ang studyante sa ateneo de davao or de la salle araneta ay atenista/lasalista pa rin. i'm just pointing out, meron silang provincial counterpart and it's not as sosyal in the province and ask these people, they call themselves atenista/lasalista too!

There's only one Ateneo de Manila and De La Salle University.

People in the know don't need to further poke into it.

  6. #46
i mean ateneo de manila and la salle-taft. may mga kilala akong sinakripisyo ang ibang pangangailangan sa buhay para mai-enrol ang anak sa DLSU/ADMU.

pero yon lang, tuition lang ang afford nila, but not the "lifestyle" ng streotype atenean/lasallista.

  7. #47

Another example is plane ticket. Mura na Cebu Pacific to HK, Thailand, Singapore, and so on. Thanks to Cebu Pacific, pwede na si Juan de la Cruz maghoneymoon outside the country.

It's because PLDT was incompetent. I remember back then, mahaba ang pila para magkalandline. Some have to wait years and still hindi pa din pinupuntahan ng PLDT. Walang competition kasi back then.

Who said anything about having relatives in the West Coast? Anyways, sa Midwest particularly Illinois, East Coast NY, NJ, Washington DC and Virginia...a BIG YES madami na rin Pinoys dun. Sa New England states medyo wala pa. I'm not saying they're "jologs" BUT hindi na kasing "sosyal" yung dating compared noon once someone have been or lived in the US.

  19. #59
early 2000's, sosyal pag me DSLR or kahit digicam...pero ngayon, ordinary na lang...

  20. #60
^ ofcourse, would you expect the trends back then are still the hot commodity a decade later?
