The answer is yes pero depende pa din ito sa performance mo at kung matiyaga kang maghintay ng opportunity. Kasi may kilala ako around 3 years na sia sa ganyang kumpanya pero hindi pa din sya napopromote pero may mga kilala din ako sa mga gantong kumpanya nag-start mag-work pagka-graduate at ngayon ay mga project managers at operations manager na sa mga kumpanya kung saan sila nagsimula at sumusweldo ng 6 digits. 3-4 years ang inabot bago nila nakuha to. Meron din 2 years palang at nabigyan ng chance kasi magaling at masipag, tingin ko umaabot sueldo nia ng 70,000.

Nasa local company ako *****, tried joining MNC - Shared Service din. On my experiences, mas madami akong naging learnings sa local companies. I decided to give up a much more competitive salary sa Shared Service company for an Internal Audit job sa local. Mejo na-bored din ako sa Shared Service - filing claims lang everyday
