Hello blakedaddy. Part of the program I'm working on is doing ring dips (tricep dips performed on suspended rings ala gymnastics training). It also involves doing handstand push-ups on rings. That means my whole body has to be completely suspended and fully carried by the ring.
However, most of the exercises I see on the Strencore package involves a part of the body resting on the floor, so the whole body is not actually supported by the Strencore, but rather, a partial weight thereof.
Question: Assuming that the bar to which the Strencore is attached is very stable, what is the maximum load or weight that the Strencore can lift/handle? Have you tested it?
I'm 180 lbs, 5'9.
Thanks for answering.
