Wala. I think It was explicitly stated na yung mga submissions ay gagamitin ng DOT ng walang bayad, though may acknowledgement kung sino yung nagpadala.

Nagtanong ako sa Japanese friends ko, I said "Was it really more fun in the Philippines?". I received this reply "NANI?".

MANILA, Philippines – Four people including a policeman were killed and four others were hurt in a shootout during a bikini competition in Jaro, Iloilo before dawn Friday.

The fatalities were identified as Barangay Captain Rolando Tabuada, Remy Jacolino, Sabadidas Avelino, and Police Officer 3 Jerome Jacolino.

Wounded were Rio Jacolino, Richard Jacolino, Archie Degoma, and Sonia Apostol.

Witnesses said Tabuada confronted PO3 Jacolino for drinking inside the covered gym of Barangay Tacas Jaro with his relatives and friends where a Bikini Open contest was being held.

Tabuada intervened when the policeman punched a boy who was collecting the P3,000 bill, the payment for the three cases of beer and food that the group ordered.

The barangay captain was shot when the policeman drew his gun out. Tabuada’s companions rushed to his aide and exchanged fire with the policeman.

More than 100 empty shells of various firearms were recovered from the crime scene.

Authorities are still investigating the incident to determine who else were involved in the incident. Report from Noella Gamayon, ABS-CBN News
