Anyway, yung listening skills exam nila may ipaparinig sa yong audio you just have to answer the questions...

yung psycho test more on behaviour and work ethics...

sa tech exam more on computers and networking, but again hindi mo kailangang maging techy, walang maling sagot...

initial interview more on background checking and account availability...

yung final interview more on tech questions - walang maling sagot you just have to be confident and spontaneous in answering... kung hindi mo alam ang sagot sabihin mo hindi mo alam...

last wednesday i got my JO for Symantec account, the pay is just ok - 14k basic and 4k allowance, since its prov rate and they don't negotiate... what i dont like is the shift kasi they operate 24/7 but mostly the shifts will be on the night... but they cannot specifically tell me how the shifting goes...

i was just thinking, parang nakaka-haggard naman yun kung parang lagi kang on-call? walang definite shift for a month or 3... may taga-symantec ba dito? can you enlighten me? hehe

baba ka sa BPI dun terminal ng jeep na papuntang Biñan/Olivarez
or punta ka kabilang side ng kalsada may sakayan din dun ng parehong byahe. sakay ka ng jeep dun sabihin mo na lang na sa Sutherland ka bababa.. after lang yun ng 7-11 sa may Cabilang Baybay, Carmona.. nasa right side pareho yun. ^^

Tinanggap ko po offer because of the location, account and yung vibes ko sa company.

I agree with this location thing. Forget Manila. Welcome to a not-so-really long stretch of highway surrounded by trees and a few houses. Sutherland's location is sort of a peaceful, laid back yet remote getaway (from the polluted Manila) with one convenience store alongside.

I think if this kind of location fits your idea, then the "good vibes" about the company goes with it. I passed by yester-night at parang ang ganda nung interior, although part lang yung nakita ko.

Kung ayaw mo ng ingay ng busina ng mga sasakyan, usok at polusyon, subukan mong bumisita sa Sutherland Carmona.

hi guys mas mdali ang process ng voice nila lalo ang at@t acct. been there pero dqo matake ang training proces nila everyday assesment everyday interview kaloka but facility wise two thumbs up for carmona kc ndi stressfull ang location...un ***..^^,

ang alam ko for newbies 13k plus 4.2k na allowance plus 2k program allowance pag sa AT&T (billing and sales) ka plus 1k sa basic pag tenured. yung dalawang account is symantec and blackberry ang blackberry may csr at tsr ang alam ko may tech allowance sa bb, nasa 17.2k ata for newbies all in, hope this helps, for referral text nyo ako 09328599348...sa att all in for newbies is 19.2k...
