Wow. That's a lot of projects. And with that kind of number, how has DMCI Homes able to produce developments that are up to par? I believe their expertise in the business does not onlycontribute to their success, but also, by reaching to their customers/ clients, and providing them real quality homes.

Carlamontoya, which is more advisable: avail a unit to where my work is or to where my family lives? I can't decide, now that there's a DMCI Homes' development set to rise in Parañaque. Not to confuse you, my work is in Quezon City, and the former, is where my family and most of relatives reside. Thanks you.

Estate planning for same-sex couples can be difficult to navigate, especially with regard to inheritance, tax and employment benefit issues. With this recognition, an innovative and experienced lawyer is needed. I'm not sure though that we have cases like this in the country since gay marriage is prohibited. But if comes a time where the LGBT community is allowed to get married, then, this would help. Planning ahead is the key. Buy a property now, and later, declare a will for inheritance to avoid problems.

Hearing this statement of yours: "...one of the best condominiums you can invest on here in the Philippines" is like music to my ears. Yes, it is certainly true that DMCI Homes, not only as a top builder, is the most trusted brand in the country. I happen to purchase two units from its new developments: Zinnia Towers in Quezon City and Rhapsody Residences in Muntinlupa. I could never be prouder with the decision I made.

Tama naman talaga ang slogan ng DMCI Homes na "Feels Real Good to be Home" Whenever I go home from work, I always feel relaxed dahil sa ambiance ng unit nila (sa Cypress Towers ako nakatira), plus, the view from outside the window is just breathtaking.

Hi guys, I would like to purchase a unit at Verawoods but before I do:

    1. Just want to ask if acacia estate sits on the marikina fault line? If so or very near, can you help describe how the construction and development is geared towards safety of the residents when the big quake happens?

    2. Likewise, is Acacia estates (and nearby condominiums) accessible to public transportation?

    3. Is it true that traffic if coming from C5 if very heavy?

    4. I saw in girltalk forum that the pool has become a public resort as families would hold outings there and bringing outside people. Most of the time more than 9 person?

Thanks. Your answers will be helpful in determining if I should be purchasing the 2 bedroom unit I have been eyeing on.
