You’re right about that Queenmaiden. The Amaryllis is a perfect abode for the start-up families, upwardly mobile professionals and city dwellers who wanted to be near the activities of the city. It doesn’t only offer you the likes of what you’ve mentioned. Units have gone more spacious. The development also exudes in VIP quality as it stands along the busiest main roads with multiple accesses to almost everything.

You're definitely in need of a Realtor's help. Sometimes, this kind of situation becomes tricky, and you would not want to fall for that, so hiring an expert will help you pass through and be able to understand the process of acquiring a home (house and lot or condominium unit). He will be working in your best interest and will make sure the transaction is completely on the up.

    Materials
Mobiles houses are mass produced by large companies in centralized factories. Because these companies do this for profit, they don't use the highest quality or most expensive materials available.

    Lack of Personalization
For homeowners who are interested in a highly personalized living environment, a mobile house may seem unacceptably standardized and lacking in character.

    Not Site Specific
One of the ways that highly efficient buildings decrease their energy use is through proper siting to take maximum advantage of the lay of the land and the sun. Mobile houses don't.
The third really points it out. Mobile homes are anti- identity homes. They don't represent you as a owner. There are a lot of other estate properties that provides the benefits of these mobile homes, and yet, give you more quality living. Just like in condos, you get to experience its amenities. Plus, you can have a space you can truly be proud of.

Why is estate planning even more imperative for same-sex couples than for straight spouses? Gay couples don't have the tax and inheritance advantages that marriage conveys, so these benefits have to be created through estate-planning documents. Consulting a lawyer would be very helpful.
    1. The pros and cons of domestic partnership. Many couples that recognize domestic partners are eager to sign up. Be cautioned and consider the potential pitfalls bound.
    2. What happens to your legacy? It is essential that each partner has a valid, up-to-date, signed and witnessed will. If you die without a will providing for your same-sex mate, the state determines what will happen to your money and property (house and lot or condominium unit).

We can always make adjustments in our budget. Besides, that money is hard- earned so, maybe, as much as possible, annem wants to be able to save, and at the same time, get an assurance from the condominium unit she will be purchasing. Thank you though for commenting. Good day.

Purchasing a house and lot can be VERY expensive. Medium-earners are advised to purchase a condominium instead. You will get same privacy, seclusion and proximity.

DMCI Homes is particularly elated with the new real estate VAT ruling, with the belief that it will strengthen and grow stronger purchasing opportunities for its core target market of middle-income Filipinos and starting families.

The two-bedroom units are available in most DMCI Homes projects. DMCI Homes’ newest projects include: The Amaryllis located in E. Rodriguez Ave. cor. 12th St., Quezon City; Sorrel Residences located in Sociego St., Sampaloc, Manila; Zinnia Towers along North Edsa, Quezon City; and One Castilla Place located in Castilla St., Brgy. Valencia, Quezon City.

No problem. Just helping out a kababayan. I've experienced this case na rin kasi once, and I don't want others to experience the same. Mahirap malagay sa ganoong sitwasyon. Anyway, for greater assurance of avoiding this indirect scam/ or dilemma, better buy your property sa trusted developer. In that way, you won't just avail of a good and quality unit, nakasiguro ka pa sa security ng investment mo. I would firmly recommend you DMCI Homes. Go their main and official website: http://www.dmcihomes.com

Thank you annem. My friend kasi insisted of buying one and I was like mad about it. Of course, as a friend and a concerned individual, you want to point him out the pros and cons of his decision. I've made this as a reference for him to see your responses. And I am satisfied with your answer. With that being said, can you suggest any residential condominium in Quezon City? That would be perfect for him, since his job is around the area. Thank you.

Maybe you can consider some of these disadvantages of owning mobile homes in the Philippines.

    1. Since mobile homes are situated on privately owned lot, therefore the rent goes up. No assurance on time duration of stay, need to first check local laws.

    2. Park issue.

    3. Noise transmission is much higher as compare to typical house and lot.

You're right and there a number of good condominium developments in south of Metro Manila. Among there are the following:

    2. Rhapsody Residences - Mid Rise Condominiums, High Rise Condominiums, located in Muntinlupa City
These are all DMCI Homes built developments so you are assured of its quality, and services. You may check them out at DMCI Homes' main and official website: http://www.dmcihomes.com

How much is the leasing rate? Also, are there fully furnished units up for rent? I believe that as a home buyer, I have the right to keep my options open for me to buy that desired, perfect home, for me and for my family. Paloverde of DMCI Homes seems a good option, what do you think?
