One Santugon COS core told me that Lexie just wants to focus on her studies. As for EJ Marchadesch, I don't know why he isn't running anymore. Of course the two other 109 elected officers will already graduate except for Yeung who decided to extend just to run as COS CP.

Yes, JC Zamora was supposed to be the next PhySoc President, I don't know why he decided to run as CP for Tapat. All I know is that he's an active College Government of Science appointed officer and he's part of the FOCUS 2010 BG as well. Plus I know this guys very smart and the whole Physics department loves him daw.

well, EJ Marchadesch is going to shift in *** so there is no reason for him to run in COS. also, he is having grade problems

It has come to the Judiciary's knowledge that the FB account DLSU Usg Pulse has released UNOFFICIAL STATEMENTS regarding the results of the General Elections. To add to this, there are a number of DLSU students, including candidates in the General Elections, who have posted and/or announced the General Elections results based on the unofficial statements from the posts of DLSU Usg Pulse. According to the schedule given to the Judiciary by Mr. Kenneth Sy, COMELEC Chair, the OFFICIAL results of the General Elections will be announced by COMELEC on March 31, 2012. The posts of DLSU Usg Pulse undermines the authority of COMELEC and disrespects COMELEC as the ONLY legitimate institution that can decide on electoral practices and announce the winners of the General Elections. Until all posts by DLSU Usg Pulse regarding the unofficial results of the General Elections are removed, COMELEC will not announce the set of USG elected officers for the next AY on March 31, 2012. The Judiciary asks everyone to please remove their posts based on the unofficial results of the General Elections and avoid releasing any unofficial statement about the results of the General Elections until March 31, 2012.

    Guys ano masasabi nyo dito?

Can I just say na sobrang ******** *** results! Seriously? Sasa hermoso over MICH DEL CARMEN??? Madaya kaya, I heard her campaigning to frosh once when it was already election period. tanggap ko pa *** mga panalo sa VPs and treasurer pero my god Sasa Hermoso!!

Oh well. Ang cute pa rin ni Hechanova hihi.

I love how the guy who posted above me's trashing and his username's "brotherarmin"

Ok I'll try to get things straight/derecho/tuwid here

The USG Pulse is not an official account/representative of the USG. Although what they stated are facts, it is quite bothersome for the COMELEC that they have received the updates of results before they have yet to finalize everything. Both Tapat and Santugon have posted their results AFTER the counting. Although the results are final, it's not yet the official list of new officers. Is it wrong for USG Pulse to update? Not really - I'm for transparency however the way some posts are posted are quite... biased in a way.

The mandate has chosen their winners for the USG elections. Whether I like it or not, I have to accept it, and so should all of you (mind you I admit I am from Santugon but never have I abused my powers as admin of the USG Website and the Official USG account in Facebook. Nor have I even tried to post as a new user or what. I mean SERIOUSLY JOIN DATE 2012?? Hindi man nagparevive ng lumang account ginamit nun GE2011)

That being said, if you have issues/concerns/suggestions/etc with your next elected officers, I suggest you all join the USG as an appointed and be the check and balance of the newly elected officers. Heck I've read quite a lot of good ideas here and I'm pretty sure the USG officers will be more than happy to help you with those.

We have plans to update/upgrade the USG website to be more interactive with the SG officers so hopefully that will be an avenue for all of you to send your sentiments.

The elections is over - can't we all just get along?

    Sagot ng USG Pulse:

DLSU USG Pulse is not connected, in any way, to USG. Instead, we are individuals who are for transparency of what is going on during the USG Elections. We also did not say that what we are releasing are official although the results that we published here are the results done during the day of counting. And whatever changes will there be, the students need to know it in real time. From the initial count to whatever glitches they may see until it will be official.

As for the issue of releasing unofficial results, it is not only us who are doing such. In fact both parties, Tapat and Santugon, are also releasing unofficial results on different social networking sites. Just like Tapat who recently released a poster stating that their standard bearer won the elections and that she is already their 20th SC/USG President.

(Comment nila sa post nila na yan)
So to all Lasallians, if there will be changes from the initial counting, then ASK why the changes happened and how did they come up with their official and final results. Be vigilant.

That's just one of the few examples. Don't you see what Santugon also did? They are also announcing that their standard bearer from *** already won? Didin't you also see the people from Santugon saying that 4 of their EB candidates won the elections? Same goes to SOE College President from Tapat, right? Do not see this response as one sided only. Both parties have a fault to what you guys are saying but seems like it is only us that you saw wherein we are just spectators during the USG elections.

There's nothing wrong with posting unofficial results. We always have unofficial results during election. It's the right of the people to know the progress of the counting.

Unofficial results, pero kung makapag-thank you at congratulations ang mga tao lalo na ang mga kandidato, wagas eh 'no?

Progress of counting, pero may pangalan na after ng mga posisyon.

Indeed, there is nothing wrong with posting unofficial results. But such can be misconstrued by most people especially if it is said, posted, and announced in a way that is misleading as to the intent. The people behind should've been more prudent with their actions, that not only does it create undue commotion, it also undermines the authority of a unit of the student body.

Nor is it bad to post what's happening so far based on observations (but in a way, they have to be true and unbiased, kahit mahirap minsan )

So sino bagong presidente ng tapat?

Looks like Comelec had just released the official results yesterday.

Congratulations to the newly elected officers for SY 2012-2013!

On a side note, I'm thinking of setting up a website to keep track of each candidate's promises during the campaign. With that in mind, to whom (or what organization/unit) can I coordinate with to implement this?

Nice project! You can contact OVP-Internals to help you out with this, I think. You can also do it on your own or create your own group of people to help you out in making this website para from the student's view talaga yung pag-judge
