THIS IS AN OFFICE-BASED POSITION.

Skill(s) / Requirements
*Must be a graduate of IT, Computer Engineering or any related course; as the job requires knowledge on IT terminologies as you process different IT roles.
* Must be quick enough to identify potentials and get excited by it.
With good time management skills.
* Good research skills.
* Experience in IT and Marketing industry IS REQUIRED.
* Must be independent and responsible.
* Must be fluent in English.
* BPO or IT recruitment background is a BIG PLUS!
* Willing to start ASAP and amenable to work in Makati City

Responsibilities
* Headhunting.
* Reading and classifying resume.
* Admin tasks.
* Screening applicant's resume .
* Sourcing for qualified candidates.
* Conducting In-depth Phone Interviews.
* Resource and background check, if needed.
* Report and evaluation creation.
* Updating candidates and applicant with regards to the status of their application.
* Work closely with other recruiters in terms of strategies and implementation of current and new processes
* Facilitate the implementation and collaborate with the appropriate people in making sure that the strategies are well in place and running smoothly
