pag helpdesk mga front liners mga yan so puro calls for server specialists wala nang masyadong calls dahit puro specialized troubleshooting naman like for windows servers, unix servers, network (cisco) but kailangan ninyong maging certified sa windows server 2000, unix at cisco ccna kung gusto ninyong maging specialists dito...

nope hinde siya entry level position dahil first line troubleshooting siya ng windows servers.

kailan ka nag apply? kung matagal ka nang nag apply at wala pa ding feedback isa lang ang ibig sabihin niyan. urgent hiring sila ngayon for windows server specialists pero hinde puwede ang walang technical knowledge sa windows server environments.

stefanini i.t. is not a call center, they're a kpo catering to corporate clients in various industries. in short they don't take consumer calls, all calls are from the actual employees or their clients or from the client's i.t. itself kaya walang irate, unprofessional callers

the compensation and benefits are at par with the market standard (sorry guys no can discuss it here due to confidentiality reasons), the work environment is ok and the people around you are cool

ah ok. so dapat pala may experience na for Win Server Specialist. How about sa IT Help desk? is this an entry level position? IT Grad kasi ako and may 3 months experience na rin as an IT Assistant.

December pa yung final interview ko with mike/michael.. may experience po ako sa windows server, actually 2 years hands on po, hindi po calls.. bakit pa ako umabot sa final interview at sasabihin sakin na wait for the offer kung wala rin palang offer.. sayang nageffort pa naman ako magpabalik balik. from binangonan pako.. tinanggihan ko pa yung offer sa kabilang company for stefanini..

nag apply ako for IT helpdesk. nag written exam ako then interview w/ "arn" (hr) tapos technical interview w/ "paul" tapos final interview w/ "archie" or "Andrew " (OM). they will contact me for the JO daw if ever shorlisted

anyone working here sa Stefanini?1 week na kasi ang nakakalipas pero wala pa rin kumokontact sa akin if I passed or failed the final interview for the IT Helpdesk Analyst post. ang sabi kasi sa aking nung hiring manager na nag-interview sa akin "keep my lines open and wait for Ms. Queenie (not sure sa spelling ng name) if I passed or failed and for a possible JO". matagal ba talaga tumawag ang Stefanini?

I turned down the job offer for the IT Helpdesk Analyst L1. ok sa akin yung salary and benefits pero I'm not available on the start of date. I need to leave on March. Pero sabi naman ni sir "Paul" hwag ko muna i-sign yung contract and they will consider me na lang for next batch (around April or March). inassure niya naman ako they will consider my application for the next batch. sana i-consider talaga ako, mukhang ok naman dito sa company na ito.
