am not sure but i think it's true... because the first time i applied in cvg, i failed the final interview and the interviewer told me to re-apply after 30 days...

Hi! A new member here at pex. I just wanna share my experience here at convergys. Unforgettable kasi. It was last month. I had an interview at chinabank makati after that a girl asked me if i was a job seeker. Then i said no because i'm really hungry that time. Then she told me that she was a recruiter from the most prestigious bpo company here at ph. She told me that she will offer free lunch. Yes, free lunch without knowing that it is convergys. Haha so i agreed and told her i want to try then we went inside pizza hut resto. She told me to wait my interviewer while having my lunch. Then here she is, a simple girl which we do have the same name. I introduce myself then she later asked me about the location. She asked me if i want to work in makati since i live in bulacan. Then without hesitations, i said i dont want. She returned my resume and told me to apply in technohub daw. After that the recruiter aproached me again and asked what happen. She was disappointed when she heard what i answered in the interviewer. Dapat daw umoo na lang ako sabay nagsabing salamat at talikod with matching paypay. But i really want to thank the free lunch that convergys gave me. It was indeed blessing. I'm looking forward that someday i will be part of this prestigious bpo company just like what the recruiter told me. Ehehe

Time Warner po yung account, kinakabahan lang kasi since i really want to be part of CVG's Family. any insights and tips po regarding dito?

Astig naman yung CISCO account mo, pangarap ko rin po kumuha nang CISCO certifications.

Hi, guys! I just wanna ask a few questions regarding sa interview process/hiring process ng CVG. Kasi, last month, I applied for a position (rather not disclose it but not an agent post) and I passed the phone/initial interview. After 2 weeks, I received an email from the Recruitment Team that I passed nga and instead of having another interview or 2, I will have an exam first before proceeding to the final interview. So what happened next was I got a call from their Recruitment Specialist I guess, and asked me to drop by their Ortigas office for the final interview. I passed the final interview and later on, was given an exam. Nabaliktad ata. Tapos, I just don't know if it's the company's language, but they let me took a CSR/TSR exam. I mean, may WLAN, LAN, Router, Modem, What is customer service for you then the Test Admin even asked me, "Did they tell you what account you'll be in?" Ang weird lang for me. I've applied for different BPOs pero sa kanila ko lang naexperience yun. Although, wala naman masama with that and besides, they've been nice to me during the process. Eto na yun problem ko (sorry for the long intro):

1. They are asking me to wait for 2 weeks-1 month for their call
Reason: finafinalize pa daw yun job description, salary, enjoy ko muna daw vacation ko and all... yaddi yadda. E ang nakalagay sa post nila, "can start immediately"
2. Should I wait for them? Or bagsak ako, escape goat lang nila yun?

hello thanks sa reply. sabe saken ng hr 19-20k daw yung offer if accept ko, andun na din daw yung allowance at lahat na. pwede m ba ako bigyan ng idea if andun na lahat magkano yung basik dun at allowance? please hindi ko pa inaaccept pinagdedecide nya muna ako. hindi ba sobrang baba nmn nun if may 1 yr exp na ko?

hi.. jst want to share my exprience too.. ganyan **** mostly yung timeframe na kelangan hntayin before u start kasi there r times na they are still pooling. in my exp, the training classes kac consist of 20 trainees and it goes for weeks to months. So tinitingnan pa nila kung saan ka pwede mag fifill in. I suggest u wait for their call. Pag sinabi naman na pumasa kana,sure na yon Tatawagan ka nila especially pag yung one class sa account where u are profiled ay nagkulang at *** yung next in line, u get the spot. Ganun nangyaru sakin.Instead magstart ako ng March, Feb 16 nakasked yung training ko.It's worth the wait, dami bonus and previliges.

The thing is, hindi ako agent position e. Is it still the same? Are you with CVG pa din ba?
