Hello Guys!!! I am just really frustrated about this.. Last week i applied sa CVG, Natanggap ako right then and there. Nag J.O and sabi i should submit all the reqmnts tomorrow. What bothers me is nung sinabi nila na may background check sa school and sa previous employer. Undergrad ako ng 2nd yr but then sabi ko is completed ang 2nd yr ko.. and may awol ako sa isang company na stated sa resume ko. Actually, di naman ako talaga dapat CVG mag aapply its just cut off na ng application sa dapat kong applyan so since i was around the area, i tried my luck sa cvg. And sobrang bilis ng process wala ko nagawa but to sign the contract.. Now Im planning not to sumbit reqmnts and di na ko tutuloy sa cvg. My concern is what if nag apply ako sa Call Center na iba and nahire ako, magkakaproblem kaya ako in the future if i will just ignore CVG's contract??? Help me plss Thanks!!!
if you do immediate resignation sa CVG makakakuha pa ba ng back pay? Pinapayagan ba ang immediate resignation unless hindi medical or emergency yung reason?
And yung penguin acct ba yung collections acct nila? Or yung financial acct nila e may collections dept?
Yes makukuha mo pa din naman yun backpay mo kahit mag- immediate resignation ka...hmmm meron naman akong mga x-teammates before na pinayagann kahit hindi medical or emergency yung reason...pero depende yun sa usapan ninyo ng TL at OM mo.
Hmmm about your quesstion, hindi ako sure sa pagkaka-alam ko meron din silang collections pero di ko alam kung yun na mismo yung penguin. Meron kasi akong wave mates na na-endorse sa collections, pero matagal ko na silang di nakakausap.
Meron na daw non-compete contract ang Convergys with other call centers. So kung dun ka mag-aapply sa mga call centers (hindi lang ako sure kung anu-anung call centers yun) hindi din magtutuloy-tuloy yung employment mo with them once they find out na merog kang active contract with Convergys. 4 months yung span ng bond so kung magdedecide ka na hindi na lang tumuloy, you will be tagged as no call no show until mag-escalate sa return to work order and then finally being terminated from the job due to attendance issue. You can ignore the contract that you signed with CVG but you will definitely have problems with your future employment once mag-background check yung ibang companies.
