depende sa department/business unit at manager na magiinterview sayo, usually about your attitude towards work, if you have any idea sa job na inaaplyan mo (konting research sa job responsibilities) at mga normal questions na tinatanong din naman sa initial interview. Kaya ko nasabi na depende kasi minsan yung final interview ay panel interview minsan naman 1 on 1. Maswerte ako sa final interview ko kasi informal lang at nagtatagalog lang yung naginterview na manager sakin, though minsan english yung tanong kasi meron din syang questionnaire. sana lang makapasa ako kasi ok naman interview ko, nagtatawanan nga lang kami, hays, swertehan na lang mga tsong. hahaha.

definitely hindi one day process sa TR, matagal talaga sila magprocess. pero yung initial interview at exam mo it can happen at the same day. tatawagan ka na lang for the sched ng next series ng interview mo.

Exam and interview ko dapat dito nung wednesday kaso nagkaproblema daw sa system ata. Hindi ko naintindihan, pinauwi na lang kami (apat kami nun) pero sabi nila tatawagan or e-mail na lang kami for the reschedule of the exam and interview. Sana nga tumawag or mag e-mail. Need ko na din kasi magkawork talaga, ilang months na kong nakatunganga lang eh.

6 weeks after my initial interview, TR called me asking if I am still available for employment and if I am still interested to pursue my application for the research analyst post.

had a bad experience in applying here.. last last week for initial interview na ko.. all the way from bulacan I went there sa taguig para dun.. in the end sinabi na lang na may event daw kaya iresched na lang daw nung hr, ang kinasasama ng loob ko eh wala man lang notif sa'min para di na kami nag-aksaya ng panahon na pumunta don.. masyado daw busy kaso sana naisip nila yun na may applicants from far places.. then the next day someone called me regarding the schedule, kaso di na ko tumuloy.. oh well alam ko wrong timing lang to, moved on na ko (just sharing my experience) and still hoping to be part of TR, someday......

hi people, ask ko lang kung may chance paba *** scene ko, i think its been almost a month when i applied for web dev post for freshgrad sa TR, and ayun the interview went well and stuff, tas ayun sabe *** ng HR, parang wait ako for 1-2weeks for the information about the panel interview. almost a MONTH na pero wala pading nangyayari may pag asa paba yung gantong situation?

actually natawagan na ako, pero sched for interview (w/ hiring manager na). btw, tapos na ako sa series of exams (last monday) and hr interview (last wednesday). o nga pala, yung sinasabi kong exam (last wednesday din) na hnd natuloy sa comment ko earlier is ibang exam un. naguluhan din ako ng konti anu nangyari, pero at least next step na ako. accelerated? hehehe or baka inuna na lang next interview kasi inaayos pa yung system? hehehe

Hi everyone,
I saw the job opening for Research Analysts in jobstreet and I was thinking of applying kaya lang it is specified that the job opening is for Accountancy/Financial Management graduates eh I am an Industrial Engineer (fresh grad) - jobstreet link: Research Analyst - Accountancy/Financial Management (Fresh Grads) Urgent Hiring
I actually graduated last March 2011 pa from a reputable school and have good scholastic records naman (GPA is 80 of 100, if converted to GWA: 1.97) but did not work as I went and decided to study financial planning (course accrediting me to work in finance) since I am really interested sa financial industry. So yeah, considered as fresh grad ako. Anyway, ngayon, I was thinking of gaining experience in the finance industry so I am really interested in working sa TR since maganda ang reputation ng company and marami akong matututunan if ever makapagwork ako dito. Just wondering though kung icoconsider ako since medyo di connected course ko na IE (although I do have academic training in finance management back when I was studying BSIE) sa opening.
Anyone here na nasa TR who can give his/her two cents on my situation?
