Hi Guys! Nakakaexcite naman..Calls nako sa Monday! Yippee..So far,so good..Be sure na ipapasa nyo lahat ng assesments and certification during training kasi mark down un pag bagsak kayo..

Makiki-epal lang haha : For me okay na *** basic salary namin since pag hindi ka naman absenera may attendance bonus ka,pag panggabi ka namn swerte mo dahil may night diff ka, haha. Okay naman so far mga nakakasama ko swerte nila masaya ko kasama,hahaha! JK. Kung sa EDSA kayo,be sure na prepared *** kasi ako naculture shock ako sa sobrang laki ng production floor.haha! Pero mababait sup and trainers dun.

Kami rin walang pasok today, actually dapat start na ng training namin ngayon e biglang inurong ng June 13.

Guys may tanong ako...may retake ako sa TP tomorrow ng umaga sa VERSANT...Bakit ganun ginawa ko na lahat lahat pero bakit di ko maipasa pasa yung versant isang step na lang oh nakakatakot tuloy nagregister talaga ako dito para lang makapagtanong. Clear naman voice ko actually online english teacher nga ako eh pero bakit sa versant ko 4x nako bagsak kaya yung minsang retake di ko na pinupuntahan...bakit ganun! Clear naman yung voice ko, sobra dami ko na nga sinasabi eh kulang pa yung 30 seconds...hindi ko alam kung bakit?????????????

Moa kah?ako nga sa TP Shaw ako nagapply natapos na final interview ko tapos sabi ng naginterview sakin...punta ka tomorrow sa MOA dun mo tatapusin yung process mo which is Mock call ata tawag dun at yung versant na di ako makaligtas ligtass sa versant na yan haaaay

baka may mga mali kang sinagot dun sa mga tinanong , yung sakin sablay lang ako dun sa part ng story telling (ina-absorb ko pa lang yung kwento biglang nag beep na kagad XD) but the rest 100% sure akong tama mga sinagot ko ayun di nako pinaulit JO na kagad after nung pamedical..

Posts insurance contractual adjustments, initiates refunds, and allocates misapplied payments.
Executes critical thinking and investigative research techniques to resolve account issues and identify appropriate escalation points.
Tracks daily activities that contribute to performance measurement and other quality assurance initiatives.
Performs follow up activities on reports distributed by the Billing Manager



Requirements:
Applicants should have at least 1 year experience in handling a Healthcare Account
Must be familiar with CPT and ICD-9 Codes
Demonstrates attention to detail and above average organizational skills.
Candidate must possess at least a 2-year course diploma or must have finished at least two years in College
Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent)
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
