hello guys, i need help... nag apply kasi ako sa TP MOA last March 23, i've passed all the exams and interviews then they gave me a letter for the sign off interview indicating that they will call me by April 8 for the schedule but until now wala parin akong narereceive na tawag sa kanila... ganito ba katagal ang waiting period sa TP? More than 1 month na kasi ako naghihintay sa tawag nila... hope you can help me guys regarding this, thanks po.

I suggest that you "like" their Facebook fanpage then post your concerns in there. They usually reply within the day and with results.

maliban sa night diff merong attendance bonus, account premium, tech premium, and once you reach the production floor marami pang incentives ang maghihintay sa'yo. Mabilis din ang promotion so dpat performer ka talaga! very challenging but very rewarding account ang AT&T U-Verse! Life after U-verse is actually sweeter since "mabango" sa mga recruiters ang mga galing sa U-Verse! Di ka na mahihirapan maghanap ng call center job next time. But if I were you I'd stay and love Isaac!

Guys, ok na ba ang payroll sa TP?...I've worked for TP way back in 2006 just want to know kung wala na silang problema sa process ng payroll...

and magkano inooffer nila sa mga may CC experince na 2-3 years...and napromote na as TL/SME/SENIOR AGENT sa ibang company...

I am planning to re-apply kasi pero never na magpa assign pa ko sa sprint dahil super mumog ng calls dun..lunok lang ang pahinga...

PM nyo naman ako ng details...and sa Edsa Central pa rin ba yung recruitment and kung 1 day lang yung processing ng application...

Dami ko tanong noh?..hehehe just want to clarify some issues para di naman sayang ang pag aapply ko..mangagaling pa ko ng province eh...

and kung may opening ng QA pwede kaya ako mag apply?...

I'm from bell mobility at madali lang ang training sa TP Bell Mobility acct lalo na ngayon na sobrang need ng CSR ang account na toh LOL. Madali lang din makabisado ang tools ang maganda pa dito eh masarap kausap mga Canadians unlike sa US. Ako din dapat bioware ako pero mali ang na-applyan ko kaya nauwi ako sa Bell Mobility pero ayos lang masaya naman

So far the incentives are good when you hit the KPI. Unfortunately, Bioware account is currently downsizing. More people are being transferred to other accounts, while some are terminated. If an agent from Bioware belongs to the bottom 40% of the standings, then the scenario above will most likely to happen on them.
