Yes, ops na po ako. Okay po ang work environment. Okay po mga tao, from agents to supervisors, managers, and sa higher ups. Madaling makipag-usap sa kahit sino.

During Product Training, you will have a total of 6 exams ( as far as I remember, but not sure though). First 2 weeks, 2 quizzes (open notes ) , then the what they so-called "midterm" exam ( close notes ), then for the last 2 weeks in prod.training, 2 quizzes (open notes ), then the final assessment.

Ask lang po ulit, allowed ba magdala ng personal na gamit(damit,towel etc) sa sleeping quarters sa tp moa? san po iniiwan?

Tips po ay, laging makinig sa trainer pag nagdi-discuss . As much as possible, mag take down notes po kayo. For the quizzes, open notes po talaga, pero pag sa Final Assessment close notes po kayo.

Sa batch po namin.. Fortunately, we all passed. 28 po kami lahat sa Level 1- Wave 1.3 .

Mahirap naman kasi talaga sa Final Assessment, parang ang hirap kasi magtanong sa katabi pag hindi ka sure sa mga sagot mo, kasi nga ang tahimik , kaya advise ko, take down notes, and dapat hindi lang puro sulat, dapat intindihin din yung mga sinulat. Meron kasing mga questions na parang iba yung pagkaka-deliver ng tanong, pero yung sagot alam mo pala, hindi mo lang sure kung isasagot o hindi. And do not hesitate to ask questions sa trainer niyo. Nakakatulong po iyon ng malaki
