Naiiyak talaga ako kapag sobrang stressed out na, maganda naman yun, at least nailalabas ko. After the crying chuvaness, okay na ako ulit, para lang akong nag emote emotan, then tapos na.
Ngayon ko lang nabasa yung problema ni TS. Parang depressed, hindi stressed yung ibig sabihin.

Sleep! Needs lots of it when I'm stressed. Massage too. Mahirap kasi ako ma stress, parang lagi kumukulo ang tiyan ko at more often than not nag da diarrhea ako, is that even normal? Ang weird kasi eh, stressed ka na nga tapos sasabayan pa ng diarrhea lalo tuloy ako naiistress. Hahaha!

but, what is difficult to deal with is pressure.
My gastro says that's pretty normal. It happens to me to at times. Sabi niya kasi next to brain, yung intestines or gut natin is the largest area of nerves sa body natin, kaya pag pressured tayo, stressed din ang digestive system natin kaya nag kaka diarrhea tayo. Kainis lang noh kasi of all side effects diarrhea pa. Pero pag lagi ganyan, better consult a gastro siguro rin para sure. Or Imodium effective din sa kin sabayan ng saging. Hehehe. OTC naman siya so makakabili ka agad.

O kaya sa park naupo ako sa bank at pinanonood ko mga tao.
Kapag nasa bahay naman ako at stress,nalabas ako naggygym.
