Expect heavier promotions of the show this coming weeks. Kaya walang major announcements of the auditions kasi this week lang talaga na-approve yung show. Execs were weighing options kung i-go na lang 'to as the return of Starstruck pero they stuck with Protege. Ngayon lang na-approve yung budget nila for promos and stuff. Hopefully, yung struggle they went through would give us a better and more exciting format.

@burnout do you have idea kung ano timeslot niya? Telebabad? or Every weekend lang? or as in susundin nila yung sched ng Protege last season?? ganun na ganun parin? 10 mins with Telebabad? or its more like StarStruck Shoutouts? na tingi-tingi yung time?

i do hope na 30 Minutes on Primetime and for Weekends..because u know if they'll do this mas magkaka-impact ang show than previous season na we know the fact na walang impact.yes, sa ratings meron pero hindi siya usap-usapan/inag-uusapan.. sana they'll do that again just like what they did to STARSTRUCK Season 1 Schedule... or else magiging Starlet nanaman ang mananalo o sasali dito for sure.

Ang iba lang is they will be launching Inside Protege 2-3 weeks in advance to show the auditions para sa pilot pa lang ng gala reveal na ng proteges.

Philip, Gina at Ricky, mentors sa ‘Protégé’

NAGSIMULA nang magpa-audition ang bagong artista search ng GMA 7 na Protégé: The Battle for the Big Artista Break.

Kung mga singer ang hinahanap sa unang season ng Protégé, ngayon ay mga artista na.

Bukas ito sa mga kabataang edad 13 hanggang 21 na artistahin.

Mga magagaling na aktor at aktres ang nagkumpirmang mentors sa finalists na kinabibilangan nila Philip Salvador, Gina Alajar, Roderick Paulate, Jolina Magdangal at Ricky Davao.

Sina Dingdong Dantes at Carla Abellana ang hosts kasama sina Jennylyn Mercado at Maxene Magalona.

Sa mga interesadong sumali, narito ang iba pang schedule ng auditions sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa:

June 1 sa SM Bacolod at SM Cagayan de Oro

June 2 sa SM Iloilo at SM Davao

June 7 sa SM Cebu

June 9 sa Capitol Grounds, Laoag, Ilocos Norte

June 10 sa SM Sucat

June 14 sa SM Batangas

June 16 sa SM Pampanga

June 20 at 21 sa SM Mall of Asia.

Magsisimula ang audition nang 10:00 AM.
