Inemail q na rin *** hr regarding any updates ala pa rin reply up 2 now.

Any Advise ano dpat gwin mga Sir?.

june4 din dapat ako.. pero nag email *** hr ko na si mr. aglipay,
namove yung sakin ng june 25. pero tentative pa. hayyy. antagal pang maghihintay. huhuhhu

congrats sa mga natanggap! ako hoping pa rin na mag recruit na sila tagal mag aantay august pa.. pero kung sakali willing talaga ako mag wait kahit matagal pa..

wew eto ako ulit nag babalik after 6months, im already a regular employee.. i remember merong taong puro disadvantages ang sinasabi sa accenture and i was one of the other guys who opposed all things that he says, but now, i really agree with him.. sa 6 months na nsa accenture ako mganda naman ang bootcamp/training pero *** nsa resume ntin di nla un cconsider like if you were well versed in java, sometimes they will assign you on other capabilities, i was one of those guys, placed in hostcentric. so first it was fine because i can learn a new prog language and the bootcamp/training was good too, i was in top 10 after the training.. but i was placed in a low class project(*** proj na un *** parang call center lang) with the 3rd in ranking of our batch.. imagine that, we are about 40, so the approximately 20+ people whose lower ranked than us was assigned to a good, more complex and hard project.. its not that what i remorse so much, its the fact that the place/building where we was assigned was in Eastwood(the so called "bagsakan ng mahihina"), so hard to get in there, the paths to get in there are so dangerous wherein the other buildings are so easy to get thru like Boni Avenue and Mckinley.. i can say that we dont deserve what we get. therefore i agree with that person before who told us about these things and regret that i did not listen to him..

i won't be honest kung sasabihin ko panay upside ang mapunta sa accenture.. pero i don't think you have the right to complain when 1. you decided to ignore the warnings and 2. you didn't read your contract..

i will be reminding you guys.. accenture is a good company "training-wise".. pero the downside is you won't have the option to choose what capability you will be assigned , much more the luxury to choose what project you will be deployed to.. make accenture your choice, not your option..

lastly, if you think being in a "not-so-good" project is bad, think again.. there is upside to that, you just have to find out what it is.. work the system to your advantage..

p.s. i am deployed in a not-so-good project but i'm just as happy..
