yung djc halo halo sa tiwi, albay na may sangay sa naga city at sa landco businness park at pacific mall sa legazpi city, kahit may ice cream o wala saka yung ka inato sa puerto princesa, palawan, pwede iscrape ang mga laman ng buko kasi nakalagay ito sa buko na may ube ice cream, gusto matikman ang halo-halo ng razon's maraming nasasabi na masarap kahit 3 lang ang sahog ito...

^ di ko type yung halo halo sa chowking.

I find the ice rough in texture and hindi ko type yung madaming iba't ibang halo and may ice cream pa.

Gusto ko yung razons kasi macapuno, bananas and leche flan lang. And very smooth yung pagka grate ng ice nila.

I guess, best option ang Halo-Halo sa Razon's dahil karamihan ng ayaw ng mga tao, wala sa halo-halo nila...dahil iilan lang ang ingredients ng halo-halo nila.

Halo halo has different south east asian counterparts. In Vietnam it's che ba mau and nam keng sai for the Thai.

Of course the ingredients will be different but it's always a variety of sweet stuff mixed with ice and milk.

I just make them at home. Halo-halo recados (so is the ice shaver, ube ice cream) are pretty much available at any Asian grocery (ie. 99 Ranch). But I get the flan at Mexican bakeries.

I can make 'em as big as I want. Or what the kids want.
