@kashmoty09: Try to seek an advise first from a Labor Arbiter or from a Competent LAWYER who handles Labor or Tax cases.... Kung mayaman ka, sa mga Law Offices.. kung walang budget, sa Public Attorney's Office (PAO) sa may NIA Road, near East Avenue.. Bale NLRC (Sa may Banawe, QC) muna then DOLE (Main Office sa Intramuros).. tsaka bakit Criminal case? Di naman sila nakapatay or so. I guess baka civil case siguro.. :P Pwede mo din ask ang BIR regarding not paying of taxes ng mga companies or negligence on record management.
