All I know is, GaGa is getting paid everytime Madonna performs Born This Way. Mmmhmm.

She isn't. I think anyone's free to cover songs in concerts as long as it is not "sold" to the public as an official studio recording. So imo, nothing's really being given to GaGa and her team. If they do plan to include it in her DVD then GaGa will get paid fo sho.

Anyway, I'm loving these clips from Born This Way that weren't used in the final cut:

Oh I just read a whole article about Performance Rights over at ATRL.

They do get paid but it's paid for by the public through ticket sales, not by Madonna and her team. GaGa should get that $$$$$, she's getting paid by people from (most likely) the highest grossing tour by a female (for the third time).
