In fairness, all these protests is making BIG publicity for her concerts. Which, I think, is a good thing.
Anyways, anyone bought any tour merchandise?![]()

Watching my friend Miss Lady GaGa herself rock the hell out of the stage in Manila...
But I'm now converted, magaling pala siya ha
Pinaka-favorite kong part when she performed the song "Hair", I just love that part.. and the Paparazzi.
"I respect that (the protests against her), I respect your opinions, but I don't respect HOMOPHOBIA, I don't respect HATRED.."
-Lady Gaga
Nga pala, may funny lang na nangyari kagabi, when we were claiming yung naiwan naming bottled water sa counter, may umiiyak doon na nawawala daw gamit niya, hagulgol talaga, turned out, nasa kabilang counter pala niya iniwan

How's the concert last night? What did she say about the protests?
Babalik pa kaya siya?![]()
last night was fun! It was quite a show!
Yes let the cultural baptism begin!!! You are now a certified Gatholic.
Sobrang galling a talented talaga ni Gaga, at sobrang bait pa kaya nga superfans kami niya dito. So umiyak din ba siya sa Hair? Madami ba siyang sinabi??
Hindi katulad ng Monster Ball 2.0 na talagang constant kaya it's not necessarily a spoiler. At may mga parts na kailangan pa ipolish. Obvious na work-in-progress pa yung concert. Pagdating sa US sigurado constant na lahat at fully-polished na and perfect.
At yung Tour Merch, GAH ang mahal. A Key Chain costs P500 at yung baseball capt is P1100. Grabe haha. I've heard nga na yung socks is equivalent to $13.
Ah alam ko. Ito ba yung part na sinabi niya, "some of you will stick by me but one will betray me" tapos bigla siyang dinakip at binitbit ng dalawang executor papunta sa next floor ng castle para biktihin haha. Wait mo lang may lalabas din dyan or nood ka na lang videos from other countries since halos similar lang yun. May script kasi yung mga pinagsasabi niya, except yung mga inaadlib niya.
we saw her during the first day!!!
At ang daming nagdress up as Gaga ha in fairness satin! Buti na lang
hahaha, ang cute mo girl
Hindi naman siya naiyak sa Hair, or hindi ko lang napansin, pero walang hikbi eh, sa first day ata, umiyak siya no?
May hikbi akong narinig doon sa dedication niya about sa protests against her.
Very down to earth pa din despite success. Kung tutuusin she can skip Asia and choose classier markets like Europe and Australia kasi di ba sobrang big time na siya.
Yeah, she broke down in Hair for about two seconds. Sa first night. LOL haha. Wow so kumanta pala kayo ng happy birthday waaaaw. Anu pa ang mahalagang pangyayari sa 2nd night?? Kumusta ang audience? Napuno ba? Sa 1st night almost 98% full yung capacity.
Protests and threats of cancellation couldn’t stop Lady Gaga’s 2-night performance here in the country and boy, we couldn’t be happier.
Team PEx had the chance to catch the Mother Monster’s performance on Monday and with the pop star’s reputation for her incredible stage presence and lavish concerts, we didn’t know what to expect.
The whole experience was surreal, and that’s a massive understatement. The concert had everything a Lady Gaga fan could ask for: a lavish stage (containing an intricately designed medieval gothic castle) and larger-than-life sets to match, an army of little monsters, avant-garde fashion, of course Lady Gaga herself.
The concert was one of the most visually amazing shows that we had the privilege of going to. Besides belting out hit after hit, drama unfolded in almost every part of the event. There was Lady Gaga emerging while riding a black unicorn, a gun-toting gang of backup dancers, Lady Gaga as a headless bride, Lady Gaga riding a motorcycle with the Philippine flag on it, and that’s just the tip of it. There were countless times that we were just mesmerized from all the dream-like strangeness that unfolded before our eyes. Strangeness aside, the recurring theme was asserting everyone’s right to be free and happy.
Among the hits that she sang were Born this Way, Bad Romance, Edge of Glory, and ending with Marry the Night. Despite the protests of conservative Christians and threats of censorship, Lady Gaga defiantly declared “I am not a creature of your government, Manila” which she quickly followed up by her controversial song Judas, which drew cheers from the roaring crowd. Another highlight was when the singer emotionally declared, “it’s not about the music, it’s about being yourself!”
All in all it was one incredible and surreal night of dancing and good music. It was a night to remember the fact that we should be happy and be proud of ourselves. Thank you Lady Gaga, for the awesome music and for telling us that we should always be proud for being born this way (see what we did there?).
^ nice article there, teampex
