Galing Schumi...Sayang nga lang at may 5 place grid penalty sya no thanks kay Bruno Idiot!

  2. #142
^^ Yep sayang, pole tapos Monaco GP pa...

Tuwang-tuwa siguro lahat ng F1 community kahit paano, especially Michael who struggled since his comeback 2 years ago.

Schumi was able to redeem himself in some other way. At least he has shown that he can still compete with the young drivers there.

If Mark Webber will hold on in his pole position in today's race, then this season's first 6 races will be won by six different drivers

    oh no, Schumi

And yes, Mark Webber was able to hold on on his pole position.

Good strategy kay Sebastian Vettel naging 4th pa sya.

At nagising si Massa sa wakas he has a good race

    great win by Webber

Lotus has the worst pit-wall strategists.. they look like go-kart managers compared with the top-running teams

Alan Permane ordering Kimi to stay out on expired tires, causing him to skate around and almost got hit by Schumacher in the process just because they "heard rain was coming" #@$%*! amateurs!

Ngayon lang nangyari sa histoy ng F1 na first six races was won by six different drivers

I think Monaco needs to install water sprinklers all over.

I firmly believe that Schumi's run of bad luck will finally end. Four DNFs in six races. Three were caused by mechanical failures / pit error. Of his two finishes, he was also plagued with bad luck. He was hit by Grosjean in Malaysia and he had a grid penalty in Bahrain. It can't get any worse, can it?

Monaco perhaps remains as the only race where pole position is a near-guaranteed win. congratulations to Webber for the measured drive. It got a little exciting towards the end, but it was anti-climactic owing to the nature of the track being notoriously difficult to overtake on. So, props to the teams who had excellent strategy, particularly Red Bull.

Vettel had the drive of the day for me, but opting not to run in Q3 was a blunder, imho. Same goes for Ferrari for their well-timed pitstop that kept Alonso in front of Hamilton. Rosberg could have used the Merc's superior speed and could have jumped Webber in the pits, but the opportunity never came. The Mercedes was the fastest car in the race; Schumi reduced a near 30 second gap to the leaders to around 15 seconds before he lost fuel pressure.

On the other hand, Monaco was a disaster for Lotus and Mclaren. Mclaren's pit errors are really costing their drivers. The pitstop that got Button stuck behind a Caterham was unforgivable.

Onto Montreal. I have have high hopes for Schumi and Mercedes on this one.

I thought the start would end up like what happened on GP2. tho i fell asleep for a few laps after Romain clip Schumi. it feels like its 96 again seeing Schumi having this kind of up and down season...well its mostly down.smh

Lotus is very consistent in their pit strategy by being anemic! its either they do their stops really early or way too late. I'm amaze about the patience of Kimi, his team is very lucky that he finished the race and didn't went to his yacht for an early drink!

Red bull's pool party is becoming an annual event! tho last years celebration was funny as hell now I'm lookin forward for next year!

^^ Lotus sorely lacks the services of competent race strategists.. Eric Boullier and Alan Permane has wasted the potential of the E20 from Race 1

  14. #154
Alonso on top of the standings! Whodathunkit. This really speaks volumes about his skill as a driver because the car itself isn't all that great. I wonder how long it will last.

What a season indeed. 7 different winners for the first 7 races for this season

    Monaco: Mark Webber
    Canada: Lewis Hamilton

For the Canadian Grand Prix, it is Lewis Hamilton who wins the race. Good driving setting fast laps and a good 2 stop strategy (started at #2)

Fernando Alonzo: The one stop strategy has worked against him, losing his position from pole to fifth place finish. He was overtaken by Grosjean, Perez and Vettel in the last 10 laps. Sayang

Sebastian Vettel: Sayang yung pole position start niya. The team strategy was not good. In the 1st pit stop, he was overtaken by Hamilton and Alonzo. When Hamilton makes the 2nd stop, both he and Alonzo thought they can hold on to one stop strategy. Then, he was forced to make a 2nd stop with 7 laps remaining which is too late.

Surprise 3rd place finish for Sergio Perez. Nag start sya sa 15th place finsihing 3rd. Good job din kay Grosjean for finishing 2nd.

Michael Schumacher: Another disappointment for him as he retires again in the race for DRS system failure in his Mercedes car.

Driver's standings after Montreal are very tight especially top 3:

    1. Lewis Hamilton 88 pts
    2. Fernando Alonso 86 pts
    3. Sebastian Vettel 85 pts
    4. Mark Webber 79 pts
    5. Nico Rosberg 67 pts

Sarap tuloy abangan yung Grand Prix of Europe (Valencia, Spain)
