REPONSIBILITIES:
Provide first contact resolution of customers via phone (10% of shift) and chat/email (90% of shift)
Respond to general customer concerns
Take the role of a GM (Game Master) with requirements of playing the characters on the game regularly; for hands on experience within in your shift.
Knowledge specialist in particular area/department
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess at least a High School Diploma (Minimum)
Must be good in both written and oral English communication
Must be willing to work in Ortigas Business Center, Pasig City
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
Fresh graduates/Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Willing to start ASAP
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Basic salary of PHP 14,000 to 19,000
20% night differential
PHP 2,000 Non-taxable Food and Transportation Allowance
