delaying tactic lang iyong claim ng mga landowners na people other than iyong mga kasama sa kaso ay kasama sa beneficiaries. the landlords will do and say anything to delay and prolong the implementation of the Supreme Court decision.

hindi mo yata na-gets so kailangan i-explain sa iyo very slowly ok: the real beneficiaries are the ones involved in the Supreme Court case, the descendants of the original tillers when the land belonged to its original owner Tabacalera. they are the farmers who litigated the HLI case in the SC and who won the case against the landowners.

the fake na sumasawsaw ay iyong mga ginagamit ng landowners to delay the distribution and implementation to the real beneficiaries. these are the fake claimants na ginagawang dummies ng landowners.

Agrarian Reform Secretary Virgilio delos Reyes said distribution of the hacienda is envisioned to be finished by May 2013, 12 months after the Supreme Court handed down its decision ordering the distribution of the sugar estate and invalidating the stock distribution option.

The DAR said that in all likelihood, what will be left undistributed will be landholdings with pending cases or unresolved technical problems.

Paunang listahan ng benepisyaryo ng Hacienda Luisita, inilabas ng DAR

Inilabas na ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) ngayong araw ang preliminary at provisional list ng mga makikinabang sa lupain ng Hacienda Lusisita.

Ayon kay DAR Sec. Virgilio De Los Reyes, kabuaang 5,365 magsasaka ang napasama sa preliminary list habang 1,221 naman sa provisional list.

Paliwanag ng kalihim, ang mga magsasaka na napasama sa preliminary list ay sigurado nang makakakuha ng lupa maliban na lamang kung may kumuwestiyon dito.

Habang ang mga nasa provisional list ay bibigyan ng pagkakataon hanggang Nobyembre 30 para magsumite ng karagdagang dokumentong magpapatunay ng kanilang karapatang magmay-ari ng naturang lupain.

Kung mabigo makapapasa, hindi na ito mapapasama sa master list.

DAR releases preliminary list of Luisita farmer-beneficiaries

The Department of Agrarian Reform on Wednesday identified the 5,365 Hacienda Luisita farmworker-beneficiaries who would be awarded with parcels of land from the more than 4,000-hectare sugar plantation in Tarlac province.

The preliminary masterlist was posted in covered courts in the 10 villages covered by Hacienda Luisita. The plantation is owned by the family of President Benigno Aquino III's mother, former President Corazon Cojuangco Aquino.

However, DAR Sec. Virgilio delos Reyes, in an interview on GMA News TV’s Balitanghali, said the names on the list are not final. Duplication of names or the discovery that some of the names have no history of work in the hacienda will cause some entries to be removed and disqualified.

Delos Reyes said those who are not on the list can still file a petition for inclusion within 30 days.
