^ They're just hanging out as friends since they both happen to be in LA at the same time. Bryan Boy is there for ANTM while Anne is there for a different project.

Oh yeah, I guess those Tim Yap tweets I posted a few days ago were all about Bryan Boy and not Anne.

One night, Mickey and I were jamming and we randomly thought of the same idea-- "Hey, why don't we write a song for Anne Curtis?" something that would remind her that she's an inspiration to a lot of people, especially to us.

  This song is about how we met her, how different she is in a special way, and how grateful we are to have known a beautiful, smart, crazy, sincere, and sweet person like Anne.

Anne Curtis LEAVING her noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’

Anne Curtis, who was also made popular with her title ‘Ang Nag-Iisang Dyosa’, announced last May 25 on ABS-CBN’s noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ that she will temporarily leave the show.
Curtis, one of the main hosts of the noontime show, said that she will come back because she still have contract with ABS-CBN. Her future absence on the show was announced, however, she refused to give details about her plans and what country she will go. In a short interview after ‘It’s Showtime’, Curtis explained that it she will face bigger challenges and opportunities in regards with her career as an actress. She also said that it (her plans) is one of her biggest dream.

One night, two big awards!

Anne Curtis is definitely considered as one of the most phenomenal artists in the history of Philippine entertainment. She indeed deserves the title Princess of All Media as she literally dominates all media platforms. Not a day would pass without seeing Anne Curtis’s gorgeous face.

It seems that Anne is reaching sky-rocketing success but all these didn’t pop up in an instant. This Fil-Aussie beauty waited for 15 long years for her to achieve her dream of being a Box-Office Queen, a certified recording artist, a sought-after host and endorser, and a princess of Philippine soap operas.

But as she always says, ‘Dreams do come true!’ Last April 29, Anne was officially crowned as the latest Box-Office Queen alongside Cristine Reyes for their movie No Other Woman. Derek Ramsay, the man these two ladies were fighting over, was also named as the Box-Office King.

In her speech, Anne enthused how her role as a mistress changed her life. “My role in No Other Woman is really a challenge for me. But it was the biggest and the most amazing role that I will never ever forget because it gave me my first-ever box-office hit in my fifteen years in this industry.”

Anne gave a special shoutout to everyone who’s been with her in this career journey. “So nagpapasalamat ako sa Viva, my mothership, who never lost their faith in me and allowed me to take on my role in No Other Woman. My manager, Ate VR, my whole team na nakikipagpuyatan sa’kin gabi-gabi.”

The Princess of All media also congratulated her co-stars for a job well done. “To my leading man Derek Ramsay, congratulations and thank you for being the hottest leading man ever. And of course, sa aking kaagaw sa pelikulang ito. Congratulations AA [Cristine Reyes], you deserve the title as well.”

The Box-Office Queen isn’t the only award that Anne received during the 43rd Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation Box-Office Entertainment Awards. She was also named as the Most Popular Female Novelty Singer for her Annebisyosa album, which reached the platinum record status.
This karaoke singer, who just wanted to sing her heart out, dedicated the award to all non-singers like her. “Dreams do come true and God is fair! Maraming salamat sa Guillermo and this award dedicated to all the non-singers out there! Sa mga mahilig kumanta sa shower, sa karaoke, para sa inyo to noh. Okay lang yan, go lang ng go, sing lang ng sing. Sintunado man o hindi. May nanlalait man o hindi. Go. Sing, enjoy and always remember that dreams do come true. Mine did and your will also come true. ”
Overwhelmed with her two recognitions in one night, Anne posted in her Twitter account, “Soooooo overwhelmed. ♥ 2012 is turning out to be one of my favorite years EVER!!!”

Anne in Cagayan De Oro

Who could forget the night of January 28, 2012 when Anne Curtis reached her dream of performing at the Smart Araneta Coliseum? After the successful performance in Araneta and invading Cebu for her concert world tour, she has yet again set fire onstage in Cagayan De Oro last May 5 at the Atrium, Limketkai Center.

Like her previous concerts, the venue was full of thousands of Annebisyosa fans, all looking forward to her majestic performances and beautiful costumes. Everyone cheered as the Princess of All Media sang her heart out, danced like no one was watching and performed her best to make her fans happy.

Anne’s guests namely Luis Manzano, Rachelle Ann Go and Jon Santos made the concert more entertaining and exciting for the audience.
The kindness and appreciation of Annebisyosa’s fans were seen when she sang Whitney Houston’s I Will Always Love You. She added the song to her playlist not only to give tribute to Whitney’s recent death, but also for her fans who showed undying support and love for the Concert Sweetheart.

Being known for her duets with the greatest singers in the country like Sarah Geronimo and Mark Bautista, the Princess of All Media didn’t disappoint her fans when she shared the stage with Rachelle Ann Go for their rendition of Aerosmith’s I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing. She has proved to everyone that there’s more to her than good looks. She has reached out to everyone and showed the world that she has a lot more to offer.

Her constant appearance in ‘Showtime’ and her on-going Concert world tour shows her willingness to share her dreams with everyone. She continues to entertain the masses with her ‘SAMPLE’ talents in showtime and make people happy in her concerts. She constantly proves that dreams can come true if you really want them enough and you believe in them.
