YES...YES TO ALL OF THIS!!
Gino is well aware that Jao is a very responsible person and is capable of taking care of the situation, but he wants to play the SUPERHERO in an unnecessary time...he could put himself in danger landslides and pouring rain isn't a safe thing. I mean I like Gino..he's funny and all together a nice guy, but he really needs to grow up more before jumping or attaching himself to Mikay. It's not a healthy relationship/friendship he has with Mikay. Gino is still trying to find his own bearings..who he is..and what he can be and he has the ability to do so, but what I see right now is a lovesick boy and thinks of nothing else, but Mikay...SO NOT HEALTHY.
You can really see the difference with Jao...He may not have a great relationship with his mother, but he tries to understand his mom even though she may have done some mean things to Mikay. He still loves her that's his mom. From friday's episode you can see that even though he likes Mikay...he doesn't attach himself to her all the time. His innate ability to be a leader and help everybody out who is in need is very mature and such a PRINCE/FUTURE KING trait. His whole would doesn't exactly revolve around Mikay, but Mikay does inspire him to think in a different perspective...which started when they met in Yangdon. Every time that Mikay and Jao spend time together..they discover something about each other. This episode just shows the mature side of Jao and Mikay's relationship..of course there was the cute scenes pero you also saw how they both handled a crisis situation..they were calm and collected and willing to help everybody. Sana they have many more bonding moments before they go back to Manila or before Gino gets there.
Grabe yun preview na yan!!! Laughtrip yun scene when Mikay's hand hits Jao's face again. may hand holding while sleeping pa? ohh and when Jao was talking to priest..is that a little FORESHADOWING that smell? Well...let us all enjoy that JaoMik scenes right now kasi we might not get those for a while...haha!
I have a feeling that Jao will most likely go back to be MR. SUNGIT pero deep inside he's yearning to be around Mikay. And since Jao and Mikay is starting to discover and know more about each other. Mikay will sense that something is wrong with Jao talaga..especially if he starts avoiding her or not talking to her. She'll MISS him for sure and I hope she realizes her feelings for him because it was obvious when Jao got hurt saving someone..she looked really frantic and concerned for him. I've never seen Mikay that scared for someone with the exception when her dad got arrested or when she lost the camera. HAHA!
Anyways..I'm looking forward for next week's episode..it looks likes the roller coaster is just starting. *sighs* poor JaoMik. =(
The story needs to move forward na. Tama na ang mga pa-cute. Story ang hinahanap nang tao hindi loveteams.
Since, I was not able to watch this week, ano po ba yung focus nila or yung story this week? They need to somewhat rerformat and go back to the previous one and progress the story slowly but surely.
NAKAKA ADDICT!!!! JAOMIK TIL THE END!!!
i've never been hooked to a teleserye before ngayon ***... sana sila talaga hanggang sa huli. di sana i-sacrifice ng director and writer yong story just because of the love team popularity. it's so apparent mula simula that the story if for mikay and jao... keeping my fingers crossed for a really happy ending for the two royalties.
ito yung something that i am starting to like more sa princess and i despite the plot being admittedly slow. naeexplore nila yung characters ng mas maigi (sabi ko nga, i am into character analysis). pati yung loveteam scenes, particularly that of jao and mikay, e hindi na purely kiligan, but are starting to explore the characters involved more.
me isang interesante ngang exchange akong napansin sa episode yesterday e. dun sa part na nag-uusap sina jao at mikay tungkol sa kulog, jao says "nagbobowling ang mga diyos" which mikay tries to correct by saying "isa lang ang diyos. mga anghel pwede pa", but they both took it lightly (naisingit pa nga ni jao yung pickup line). this can be interpreted as that of their relationship being able to transcend yung differences nila sa religion (presumably buddhist si jao at catholic si mikay), which is very interesting.
at medyo intriguing din yung last scene sa preview. it seems mikay is saddened by what might be yung pag-alis ni jao.
IMHO

"...may kasamang ibang lalaki, bawas pogi points yun..."
"ano kayang ginagawa ng mga yun..."
So in his mind, kailangang nyang pumunta dun to even out the competition with Jao. Feeling nya nakakalamang yung isa. IMHO, he needs to boost his ego.
I really don't know what the writers' intention with his character. Masyado kasing one-dimensional. He's all about Mikay. Parang nakakalimutan nya na rin that he still has a mother.
Regarding the sacrifice: I still don't know kung ano talaga ang sinacrifice nya for Mikay. Nung nawala ang scholarship ni Mikay, I know that he made a deal with his grandfather and in turn, he lost his car and ATM cards. Pero, like I've said here before, di sacrifice yun kung ikaw talaga ang may sala. I think that was a just punishment on his part for what he did. And judging from his grandfather's reaction, that was not his first offense. So for me, understandable ang ginawa ng grandfather niya since may implication na matagal na nyang pinapahiya ang family niya.
Moving on sa paglalayas niya. Again, it is tainted with his personal reasons too. He also did it for himself to escape his father's controlling ways and to prove his father wrong. I think it would have been more interesting he actually took his father's offer and work for the company. That to me is more of a sacrifice-to do something that he does not want to in exchange to let's say Mikay's scholarship. Instead, nagwork sa hotdog stand. I think this was done just to have more Migi scenes. He wants to prove to his father that he can make it on his own, pero there are instances na he goes back to his house kumukuha ng mga gamit nya so he can sell them. Mga gamit na I'm sure na paid for by his parents.
