    Hi jbrv1022,

Didn't notice you have your own thread about Sagada. I was the one who asked regarding the testimonials (local and foreign) of the tours you've done. Is it ready yet? Thanks!

di ko na makita *** sa mga locals e, i sent them an email but no response...i guess you read the foreign testimonials right?

  4. #44
Yes, I've read them already. It's just that there's so many who are offering their services which makes me confused. I believe you're the one of the active ones here at PEX. I just want to make sure that, foremost, it's safe (being a solo traveler), get to do all of the activities listed in the itinerary (I hope that even if the other participants in the group doesn't want to do a particular activity, it will still push through) and most importantly, FUN!

wala bayad yun, isama na lang namin kayo magpipinsan pagakyat doon and may mga rituals kasi mga matatanda dahil kasabay ng fiesta ***** ang harvest kaya masaya yun. may kanyaw (tribal dance), nakapagtry ka na ba ng pinikpikan?, inuman ng authentic na tap-uy or native rice wine and you get to meet the igorots in their traditional best.

Yes, I've tried Pinikpikan with e-tag in Shanghai House but it wasn't as good as when Tita Mary of Residential Lodge prepared it. I'd love to join you sir. Do you have a date already to go up there? Plan ko kase alis na ako dito ng Jan. 31. I'm no mountaineer also so are there tents or sleeping bags that can be rented somewhere in Sagada?

I have been a tour guide for locals and foreigners for almost half my life, I am sorry if I started the Sagada thread with the intent of posting it as an ad for my services and it seems I have made a violation of pex rules and I am willing to accept any sanction.

I may be a newbie at the pex travel threads but my experiences as a tourism person (since 1996 and this is my bachelors degree), I still have a lot of things to discover and I will not risk my reputation and livelihood with fallacies and misleading information (sarili ko pong pic ang avatar ko)

for references on my services (pasensiya at nawala sa facebook page ko ang local version) from foreigners who enjoyed their tour with me and let us make it a point to promote the Philippines in a very positive light.
