Sino Dito Ang Na S-stress Na Sa College?

i never thought college could cause me much of a stress. haaay. pamimili pa *** ng course ang hirap na plus i haven't really applied for schools pa. help, anyone?

college was less stressful than high school for me (at least hindi 8-5 ang classes haha).

Applying for a college is actually exciting! Visit campuses to get a feel of the environment and most importantly talk with college students enrolled in the course you're interested in.

First and foremost your course of choice is everything. Your preferred course would determine the schools you should apply for.

Next of course is the college you're most comfortable with (and you can financially afford).

The college you will enroll in is crucial so it's best to find out everything about them thoroughly beforehand.

    ___________

I have always wanted to study in Ateneo but I didn't get into the course of my choice. I was placed in Management so I enrolled in DLSU. Had I known that I can shift after a few sems without getting delayed, I would have went to Ateneo.

It might be shallow but I fell in love with Ateneo's campus (and I still do). It's the only school that has a campus similar to that of colleges in the United States. Well funded, full of greeneries and clean. There are plenty of orgs and school events as well and it will only take me 30 minutes to get there.

It was extremely difficult to commute to DLSU especially during rush hour. The facilities are fine but they are limited to academic facilities.

There's no place to play tennis, baseball or even basketball (kasi ginagamit lagi ng PE). The campus is congested and campus life is really, REALLY boring

Walang events lang La Salle like Lantern Parade, Paskuhan, Blue Roast or Under the Stars.

The good thing about La Salle is the student body. Not too elitist, not too activist. Hindi naman bobski, hindi naman puro scholar na sobrang competitive lahat. Tamang balance lang talaga and people are really just chill, its easy to make friends.

I have a cousin who graduated at ASHA Hotel School. And he really enjoyed his 3months hands on training there, Especially when the School provides him a Job after his course. He is now working at RICHMONDE Hotel. Schooling is great! because in 3 months time, He got a good job.

When I was studying Engineering, life was hell. Even we review a week before the exam, we still got scores below 50%. We usually have 5 hour exams na 3 questions lang. We were originally 100 in our batch but only 6 graduated on time. Uso ang take 2, take 3 at take 4.

Time management, sako sakong scratch papers sa pagsosolve, surrounding myself with persistent and bright classmates was my secret.

    You can do it too.

Mas enjoy ang college life kasi sabi nga ng isa nakakausap mo yung mga taong kapareho mo ng interest hindi tulad sa HS na iba-iba ang POV niyo sa bagay-bagay. I think mas ma-stress ka kapag nag-wowork ka na kumpara mo sa college kasi may deadlines ka na dapat sundin, otherwise, you'll get notice or get fired by your company/employer. For me, working is really cool kasi kumikita ka na at matutulungan mo pa parents mo, I'm tired of asking money from my father and receiving money from my tita, tito and lola gusto ko ako naman yung magbibigay sa kanila.
