Yup, the ones made by the Bollozo family in Mambajao town in Camiguin. I had to knock on their door even if it was late at night (they were already closed) just to be able to buy these yummy treats and take them home to Manila as pasalubongs. They were so gracious to accommodate me.

    My other faves:
-Pan de Sal (Pan de Manila or 1950s Pan Americana)
-Putok Pan de Sal- (Insular Bakery)
    -Ensaymada (Hizon's- period!)
-Pan de Coco (yung tinda sa probinsya)
    -Biscocho (Prima)
-Cinnamon Roll (St. Cinnamon, Cinnabon & Goldilocks)
    -Baguettes (Le Coeur de France)
    -Fruit Cake (French Baker)
    -Croissants (Deli France, Le Coeur)
-Chicken Pie (Diao Eng Chay- DEC)
    -Wheat Bread (Gardenia)
    -Monay ni Inday (ahaaaay!!!)

Masarap yung Chocomon ng Pan De Manila. Akala ko chocolate flavored mamon pero parang brownies yung texture. It's dense and chocolatey than most brownies.
