The FA Cup with Budweiser
Third Round Proper Draw
2.40pm (approx), Sunday 4 December 2011
Watch Live on TheFA.com/FATVLive
The excitement is building ahead of Sunday's FA Cup with Budweiser Third Round draw as the 44 teams from the Premier League and Championship enter the fray.
Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola and ex-Everton and Sheffield United midfielder Li Tie will make the draw at Wembley Stadium shortly after the final whistle in the Sunday afternoon Second Round meeting between AFC Totton and Bristol Rovers, which is live on ITV1.
That fixture is one of 20 games this weekend as teams eye a place in the hat for the next round where they could face one of the country's 'big-boys' in a Third Round match over the weekend of 7 and 8 January 2012.
Clubs and fans will be waiting with anticipation for their team's number to be pulled out by the former the Italy and China internationals making the draw.
Holders and current Premier League leaders Manchester City will by number 24, while their rivals from Old Trafford, eleven-time winners United, are number 25. Zola's old side Chelsea, who won the last Cup Final at the old Wembley and the first at the new, will be number 12. Li Tie will be keeping a keen eye on balls 17 (Everton) and 47 (Sheffield United or Torquay).
The draw will be streamed live here on TheFA.com via FATV and will also be on ITV1.

yeh, Reading v Stevenage is huge
No seriously that Manchester derby is massive, I also like the look of the Arsenal v Leeds tie.
City have 3 tough games within a week in January:
Jan 3 - Liverpool (home) Premier League
Jan 7 - United (home) FA Cup
Jan 11 - Liverpool (home) C.C. Semi-Final

Since Redbridge have been knocked out in the previous round, Salisbury City is now the lowest ranked club, 6th tier, in this round.
Will Stevenage make another glorious upset yet again like last year against Newcastle? Wow. Can't wait for the Manchester derby!![]()

Yet again...another controversy. Classy. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/foo...acism-row.html
If we beat the mercenary holders tomorrow...then we have virtually secured the FA cup.Let's show them that citeh only won out of sheer luck! We want our silverware back.

no major upsets so far in the FA Cup, only Wigan knocked out by Swindon which honestly suits them well as they can focus on their fight for survival
The Val and Roo connection!
And tough sh*t for Kompany that was not even worth a yellow.
EDIT:
Seen a replay, two-footed lunge it seems. Could have gone either way. I'll stick with my first assessment. Unlucky for Kompany.
Seriously, is this match even enjoyable to the neutrals?
