Mang Inasal - Medyo half cook yung chicken nila.. Gusto ko lang yung sinigang na soup nila.. pero yung service crew nila on some branches are terrible..

Chickboy - Dry chicken and over cooked naman..

So I'm sticking to the original "Bacolod Chicken Barbeque House"..

Inasal at iba pa (Near Ocean Park) - .. I like the way the chicken was cooked and yung timpla... Soup served was nilaga.. preferred sinigang sana.

FYI wag na kayong kumain sa MANG INASAL STARMALL CROSSING BRANCH. balahura mga crew dun as well as the manager. I HAD A HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, BAD EXPERIENCED WITH THEM.. from the start i stepped in to that store until i leaved. nakakapag init ng ulo. this was happened today NOV 5. i've been a regular customer of mang inasal for more than 3 yrs. and i visited more than 10 branches already. nakaka encounter din ako ng bad service sa ibang branch especially kung peak hours but today was extremely exceptional.

when i entered and approached the counter to order my usual meal that im ordering. this young lady was busy sorting some stuff around her station. when i told her what i want she immediately punched my order and that's it she continued what her doing without even bothering i wants some freak'in drink? ok i did not take that against her maybe she was indeed busy. so i told her that i want a drink as well so she punched it again. so i choose my table, sat and waited for my order. when they delivered my order there was no chili so asked the crew if he could also send me 1. the crew left and he came back TO MY SURPRISE HE HANDED THE CHILI TO ME WITH HIS BARE-HANDS opo walang tissue or extra plate inabot nya sa akin ng ganun ganun lang. without washing his hand. at that point i already lost my appetite. i was insulted i felt like im a dog. GRABE. so i just put the chili away and i tried to consumed the food i had on my table. i did not bother to asked for soup or extra rice. after i ate my meal i tried to call the attention of their manager or OIC to address this concern but what pissed me off the manager too is so busy. she was eating and she instruct her crew to tell me that i need to wait for her until she's done. grabe nakakabuswisit ang ginawa nila sobra. kaya guys if i were you dont waste your time NEVER TRY THAT STORE. hindi sila malinis at napaka unprofessional

glad how the term 'inasal' has become popular nowadays. dati mga ilonggo lang nakaka-intindi. LOL. sadly it has become too commercialized as well. Mang Inasal's ain't bad and I think it can be attributed to inasal's current popularity. sana nga lang mas ayusin pa nila yung service nila.

i haven't tasted chickboy but i think for authentic inasal in manila the closest is JT's. Pero maayos na rin ang Mang Inasal. Reminds me of home.

Depende naman yan kung ano bang pagkain yung pinagkukumpara mo, pero pareho lang yang dalawa na yan para sakin.

Kung yung chicken inasal ang pinaguusapan, ang pinakamasarap na nakainan ko niyan eh yung Bacolod Chicken Inasal sa may Jupiter.

i'm planning to try all the items on their menu (except for the beer.. i'm not a drinker.. hehe!)

i hope they start placing outlets inside malls, like sa SM or Trinoma.. kahit sa food court lang so it would be more accessible for me..

i agree on this, but first, they must re-train the staff. e base pa lang sa ilang posts dito, they've experinced bad customer service.

nakakain na rin ako finally sa chic boy last weekend. I ordered cebu lechon liempo. and it's fine with me. mas masarap lang talaga kung may mang tomas.

saken parang pareho lang sila pero mas madaming choices lang ng konti kasi sa chickboy meron din sila liempo not just only chicken katulad sa mang inasal. iba din ang mga desserts or extra orders nila

At meron na ring kangkong, turones, at inihaw na talong ang Mang Inasal.

Mas masarap pa rin yung Kangkong with garlic ng Chicboy. Yung sa Mang inasal, konti lang tapos masyadong malakas yung shrimp flavoring nung gata.

Pero wala pa ring whole chicken at whole liempo si Mang Inasal.
