hindi si coach ruf ang gumawa ng qualifiers routine ng AS, yung coach nila. focused na si coach ruf sa altas, ncaa and ncc.

afaik, the NCC NCR qualifiers routine was done by Rhufa Rosario. That explains the difference in style when compared to DLSU's other NCC routines

I'm happy and excited dahil sumali na 'ulit' ang FEU sa NCC. Nung nag-stop sila, only CCP at Perps ang nagsasalitan sa title and now CCP and UC. Medyo humina ang Perps. I hope humabol sila this year. Maganda ang competition ngayon with FEU joining the list.

I had the opportunity to watch feu cheering squad's technical dress rehearsal for NCC Finals last tuesday at arh gym, hindi naman ganun ka tight yung security kaya nakanood ako.

Jusko! Nakakaloka sila. Ang laki ng level up nila from what we saw last NCR Quali. Ang lakas nila. Im sure pasabog sila sa CDC 2012. Magandang off season training ang NCC, lumalakas sila.

malakas din naman ang UP, nakakaloka sila sa bulto bultong group stunts. napanood ko yung sa elevate. hehe
