it was supposed to be a 7 team tournament but the Legazpi league was not accredited by the PCCL (?). I don't know what happened to the Enverga University Wildcats and the Perpetual Help Laguna Saints...

^ there was a zonal qualifiers prior to the South Luzon/Bicol regionals.
University of Batangas, Enverga University and Perpetual Laguna battled for one slot in the regionals. UB eventually got the slot.
