Precisely. Its either UPHS team officials are so dumb and reckless not to do any due diligence investigation on their recruits or they are trying to pull a fast one against the rest of the league.

I do hope NCAA Screening Committee did their homework on this guy. I would be shocked if they didn't and just let him play. And it's not an excuse that they were busy getting mixed up with their MOA with SMMA and AKTV.
