WOW! lots of luck to Maricris! i hope she makes it in the international circuit!

kasi, dito sa Pinas, matagal na syang singer pero waley pa rin. is it lack of proper support from gma7 and gma records? no right projects, concerts, songs or albums for her? lack of strong promos for her albums? ano kaya ang reasons why she has a lackluster singing career? multi-factorial for sure are the reasons.

maricris has the strong voice and sparkling voice quality and her height adds to her stage presence. pero, she lacks oomph. she lacks personality unlike regine velasquez' charismatic personality. maricris is too private and does not reach out to people so that she will become more interesting. eh ganyan kasi ang pinoy masa gusto nila ang mga artistang they can relate with.

pero, sa international scene, she might make it kasi, they admire pure talent... plus, she's got that exotic Asian face that western people are interested in (unlike dito sa Pinas na parang ordinaryong ordinaryo ang tingin sa mukha ni Maricris). i hope she finds the right international promoter who can repackage her very well.
