1st time namin magpagawa ng house ano dapat mga i check namin mga maam and sir? kasi alam ko wala naman pakealam ang parents ko pag na deliver na yun unit eh ako ayoko palugi haha. thank you

hello Russellian! Charlotte kami and under UCPB. Ang sabi ng PF pre-approved daw un at no need for salary requirement pero hiningan parin kami ng COE. You may want to contact Jessica of UCPB at 8119000 loc 4145 - sya ang naghahandle ng PF accounts.

galing kami dun kanina, medyo maluwag na sila ngayon. meron ng viewing area (main road) kaya pwede na pumasok sa loob ng site. di namin malapitan yung property namin so nakiusap kami sa engineering kung pwede kami samahan sa tapat mismo ng house, madali naman silang kausap. kakagulat 70% na agad.

pumunta *** sa belleforte kanina, pwede naman pumasok pero may specific area lang pwede pumunta, main road lang.nagulat kami kase halos lahat ng blocks marami ng bahay, pwera *** ang viviene units madami pang bakante. pinagbabawal na rin magpakuha ng pictures dahil un dw ang instructions galing sa head office. pwede naman makakuha ng pictures wag na lang ipapahalata sa guards. infairness meron na rin silang roving guards. so far mabilis ang construction ng unit namin, 12 months pa lang kami nagbabayad may nakatayo ng house.

Hi, we bought a Charlotte with balcony unit here. I'm glad na meron palang community for this. Newbie ako sa real-estates kasi nagsisimula pa lang kami (Hoping to learn from this forum).

We had issues with their plans on the electrical posts. Nakaharang sa parking . At yung proposed plans nila para ayusin is to adjust our parking entrance by making it diagonal, and extending the parking/balcony length. Medyo hindi ko nagustuhan yung proposed changes nila since mahirap ipasok yung kotse ng pa-diagonal. Hoping na madali kausap yung authorities nila na responsible for this changes.

hindi ko alam when nagstart nakita ko na lang nung august 2011 na nakatayo na yung walls and me beam na yung bubong. 30% na ata yun. natapos sha december 2011 kse hindi naman nila araw araw ginagawa, me time pa nga na 1 month walang improvement yung house.... i guess kung priority unit ka, aabot ka ng july.
pero expect mo na lang din na lalagpas kse kme dapat ang tapos e november 2011. natapos ang construction december 2011. nagpirmahan kme sa bank february na ata 2012. ngayun april na magsecond inspection pa lang ako sa katapusan.
ang last na bayad ko ng dp is november. nakastop payment ako after. ilang buwan din pala. which is good kse nakapagipon ako ng pangrenovate, yun na lang isipin mo , advantage ang stop payment kse makakaipon ka.
april 5 ang start ng amort ko kse feb or march natapos ang transaction ng profriends and bank
eto pa nga pala kaya natagalan ang first inspection ko, hindi ko man lang alam na tapos na transaction ng profriends and bank. tinawagan ako ng profriends 1 time hindi ako nacontact. hindi na sila nagaattempt na inform ako.
ilang weeks din ang lumipas nung nagfollow up ako dun ko lang nalaman na pwede na pala ako maginspect kse Ok na yung bank takeout.
so advice ko always call yung customer service hotline nila to check on the development of your house.

At long last, we have signed our LOG at UCPB . Malapit na matapos ang unit namin, sana makahanap ng matino at reasonably priced contractor, may marerecomend ba kayo mga neighbors? Thanks so much.
