Hi! We're planning to stay in LSM Square too this September pero hindi kasi sila nagre-reply agad sa e-mail and hindi rin sinasagot yung mobile nila. Paano po pumunta rito? Saan po sya exactly located? Thank you.

Hi, guys. My office friends and I will be in Boracay on September 19-23 and we're planning to book our rooms in LSM Square. May mga ilang tanong lang po:

1. Saan po sya actually located? Ang alam ko lang is sa Station 1 sya pero hindi stated kung saan exactly. Naghanap na ko online and nagbasa ng previous posts pero wala pong nakalagay.

Kung alam nyo po yung exact location...

2. Paano po pupunta dito?

last time andun ako july 24-26 pinuntahan ko ang LSM, bago sya, 1200 ang rate ngayong lean season pero walang breakfast.. maganda sya, bago pa, may terrace.. ang location nasa road kaya accesible sa trike tapat ng crown regency station 1..may daan papuntang white beach siguro 10- minute walk.

kagagaling ko lang din a week ago di nga maganda ang view nung andun ako.. makalat, dahil sa alon? high tide? since me mga turista sana kahit sa ganitong panahon mapanatili nila ang ganda ng boracay.

What do you mean by "madumi" ? Maraming ibig ipakahulugan ang salitang iyan.

las brisas station 1 beachfront.. 2 times na kami nagcheck-in dito coz kasama ko mga apo ko.. di crowded at malinis ang pool. agent ang nakipagbargain sa presyo at binigay sa amin ng 2100/per night twin bed.

research ako kunti tama po ba na ang mga may pool resort in beachfront ay la carmela at boracay peninsula lang? na mas affordable

Minsan di alam ng mga tricycle. Sabihin tapat ng Crown Regency Station 1. Along the main road nasa 2nd floor ang registration, may maliit na stairs. Yung ground floor, mga tindahan. Going to the beach, may eskinita sa tabi, one drection lang pero pasikot sikot sa tabi ng mga bahay, 5 to 10 minutes. Nasa bandang dulo na sya ng Station 1. Pag malakas na malakas ang ulan binabaha yung eskinita.

FYI: if you want an affordable transpo from kalibo-caticlan port, you can get in touch with Kuya Eric Rodriguez @ 0999-458-0715.. Instead of paying 250 for the van transpo that includes boat fare or the a/c bus for 300php, you can ride their van for only 150php /pax w/o boat fare but it's a lot cheaper as boat fare is only for 25php. An instant savings for people like us who are on a budget! (super nice pa ni kuya as he assisted us in looking for an inn on our way back to Kalibo)

Plans to upgrade Boracay port underway to accommodate bigger cruise ships


To accommodate bigger cruise ships that carry higher number of tourists to famous Boracay beach resort, the Aklan provincial government is studying the possibility of upgarding the Cagban Jetty Port in Ponton.

Niven Maquirang, jetty port administrator, said he has already requested Gov. Carlito Marquez for funding.

International cruise ship, the Legend of the Seas of the Royal Carribean Ship has already confirmed its arrival on October 27. With 1,800 tourists on board and a crew of 500, it plans to have an eight-hour sorties around the resort island.

Maquirang also said that “we have already received notifications for more cruise ships to come until July of 2014.”

Among the cruise ships that sent their notifications were M/V Columbus 2, M/V Europa, M/V Europa 2 and M/V The World.

They are expected to arrive on February 24, 2013, March 19, 2013, January 10, 2014 and July 29, 2014, respectively.

outside the airport madaming an na 175 going to caticlan and vice versa to airport. maganda din minsan na walang reservation kasi makakapili kayo which van to ride. minsan kasi L300 na lumang luma na yun pala meron pang isang van na paalis na pero bagong starex for the same price. i heard lahat ng tumatanggap sa kalibo airport are authorized by the cooperatives. kaya safe na sa Cariclan kayo dadalhin.

Our family of 8 will be in Boracay this October, and we're planning to stay in LSM (1 room for 6 and 1 room for 2). Already contacted them yesterday, no reply received yet.

Anyway ang question ko lang po is super layo ba sa beach and Dmall yung place? Worry ko kase baka ma-stress ang parents sa paglalakad hehe. And okay rin po ba magstay dun in terms of amenities?

Ay pahabol, saan po ba cheap kumain ng buffet na thumbs up naman, then kung saan masarap mag breakfast? Hihi thanks sa sasagot.

Nasa main road kasi ang LSM, thru the eskinita to the beach is about 5 to 10 minutes. Pero kung tutuloy pa ng D'Mall, siguro another 5 to 10 minutes. Simple lang ang amenities but the place is new and clean. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. No lobby, registration is on the 2nd floor. The balcony overlooks the busy main road. There are a couple of carinderias along the eskinita and a convenience store,across, on the lower floor of Crown Regency on the main road.

opo....sleeping beauty kami from tabon port to kalibo eh....ginising na lang kami ni Kuya Eric when we arrived sa Airportline Pension...

kung sakaling biglang i announce sa airport na instead of Caticlan e Kalibo na yung flight, ano yung options ng pasahero?

Our Cebu Pac Caticlan flight was diverted to Kalibo and upon arrival in Kalibo, there was an airline employee who gave us bus coupons and directed us to a waiting bus which brought us to Caticlan port.

^ oh ok, thanks for the info. they say notorious ang cebu pac sa pag direct ng flights to Kalibo... I might as well expect this para hindi masyado mastress sa bakasyon.
