    It's a two way system po. Once you decided to purchase something, you go to the money transfer service (western union, etc.) or courier of your choice (lbc, etc.). Fill out the send money form by providing the recipient's info. Usually complete name, address and contact no. and pay the corresponding fees. Then you will receive a receipt with a tracking no. You will send that to the recipient (me) through text message, and once verified, she will send the parcel and in turn provide the tracking no. and send it to the recipient which is you na po.
