This will be the main thread PEx Quiz Night!

During a PEx Quiz Night, there is a quizmaster who will be asking questions. PExers will answer the questions and usually, the first one to answer correctly gets a point. The points are accumulated and the PExer with the most points at the end of the quiz is declared winner. There will be tie-breakers when necessary. Prizes may include load, gift certificates, merchandise, or even Pins! Full mechanics will be posted for each quiz night.

PEx Quiz Night

PinoyExchange will implement a quiz night for added member activity. This quiz night will be a simple activity where a question will be asked as members answer. The member who answers correctly will get a point. The member with the most number of points at the end of the promo wins. Throughout the quiz night, there will be two questions with an instant prize to the first person who answers it correctly.

2) There will be a quizmaster to post questions.

3) A question will be posted in the promo thread.

4) The first participant who answers the question will get one point and the quiz master will acknowledge the answer.

5) There will also be 2 special questions that will be asked throughout the promo. The first people who can answer these questions will instantly win a prize. Should they answer a special question, they can still join the quiz night. A special question will also award the participant who answered one point.

6) There will be 20 quiz questions. The promo ends once all 20 quiz questions and two special questions are already answered.

7) The top three participants with the most number of points wins the quiz night.

8) Should there be a tie, a tie-breaker question will be asked among those who are in the tie. The first person to answer the question wins.

9) Should a tie involving the first up to the fourth place or further, the first three participants who answered the tie breaker question wins. The first person who answered the tie breaker question in this case will receive the first prize.

10) Participants can answer as much as they like but can only have one answer per post.

11) A participant is not allowed to edit their posts.

12) The quiz master will announce the winners at the end of the quiz night as well as the scores of the winners.

13) Participants will be contacted through Private Message in PinoyExchange and will be asked for their real name, mobile phone number, and e-mail. The details will be used to contact the winners as well as verify their identities.


How to Join & who are eligible to join:

Registered PinoyExchange members are eligible to join. They must have a PinoyExchange username.
Participants should have a mobile phone number.
Past winners (1st placers) of PEx Quiz Nights can join but may not win 1st place.

Determination of Winners:
1. At the end of the promo, all points will be tallied.

2) There will be a quizmaster who will post questions.

3) A question will be posted in the promo thread.

4) The first participant who answers the question will get one point and the quiz master will acknowledge the answer.

5) There will also be 2 special questions that will be asked throughout the promo. The first people who can answer these questions will receive 2 points depending on the decision of the quiz master.

6) There will be 15 quiz questions. The promo ends once all 15 quiz questions along with the two special questions are already answered.

7) The top participant with the most number of points wins the quiz night.

8) Should there be a tie, a tie-breaker question will be asked among those who are in the tie. The first person to answer the question gets the point.

9) Should a tie involving the first up to the fourth place or further, the first three participants who answered the tie breaker question gets the point.

10) Participants can answer as much as they like but can only have one answer per post.

11) A participant is not allowed to edit their posts.
