WKC Philippines - Level 1 Seminar Details:
The 4-hour WKC Philippines Training Day - Level One will introduce you to the Valery Fedorenko (VF) Method. You will learn WKC's fundamental kettlebell exercises and principles that have been proven over 25 years. Whether your are a fitness enthusiast, trainer, athlete, or coach, the workshop will add a new dimension to your training program. If you have previous experience with kettlebell lifting, the WKC Philippines Training Day - Level One will enhance your knowledge and applied skills of the centuries-old piece of training tool; don't be surprised if you will leave the workshop a better kettlebell lifter and in awe of WKC and the VF Method.
(Note: Those attending the August 18, 2012 WKC Fitness Trainer Certification with WKC Master Trainer and Master Coach Catherine Imes, MS are advised to take part in this workshop.)

Anyway, I saw the video with Alvin in it and I was motivated to give it a try. For the first time in my life, I promised myself to be healthier and physically stronger even if I have a very hectic schedule.
Since I know that I will be such a huge challenge to train, am steering away from the really commercialized gyms as I try to look at small ones who really value their clients. I do need a lot of strict guidance after all since am a total n00b with physical training.
May I schedule a trial session? If ever I do well, am planning on committing myself to training at the start of May.
^ hi bro! Yeah that is why I am posting videos like alvin's because It is a big pleasure for me as a coach seeing my students really hit it off with KB and strength training. He is on his way in achieving a world rank in Kettlebell lifting we're just waiting for the result. Hopefully he gets the nod.
