My mom's pays P1500+ per session with him, that's less senior citizen discount, and she just sees him now about twice or thrice a year, tho we go there monthly for PT. It also depends on the program he's going to put you on. There was a time when she had to see him weekly for a couple of months, they would give the rate for the whole program, less discount if you pay in advance. Now she just pays per visit. You can call their office to ask for his rates per session. (Her PT sessions are P600+ per session, includes massage, ultrasound and traction. Senior rate.)

Yes he is expensive, but he's done amazing things with my mom for so many years now that she feels well worth it to have treatments with him instead of the surgeries other doctors were recommending.

Got me a jacket there for 40% discount. There are a number of factory outlets there too, just can't remember which brands.

If you're into surplus, meron ding Save on Surplus (SOS) store there for low priced electronics and other stuff.

    Shadow

There is also Dr. Ricardo Lim of PrimeCare PT & Rehab Center. I met him once when I accompanied my friend last month due to a sprain. I can tell he's good at what he does by the way he did his diagnostics. The center is in Banawe St. just across Philippine Orthopaedic Center.

And his advice: pick a physiotherapist who's skillful and dedicated, and request that therapist to be assigned to you every session.

McKenzie's Extension Exercises were given to some of the patients with mild scoliosis. Have you tried this yet?
If this doesn't work, try Dr. Lim if he can help you.

I would also like to add a tip when buying these muscle supplements in Cash and Carry.

A store clerk told me that if I choose, for example, a whey protein which is close to expiration, they can give up to 20% discount. Only if you brought it up.
Maybe if you're really good at negotiating, you can even get 30-50%. lol
I forgot which store this was. I remember an "A".

I did not buy anything though, because I'm not into these supplements. THis tip is 2 months old by the way, so I would not know if this still applies now.

Laptops, customized PC, computer accessories, peripherals, and hardwares: Gilmore under MRT railway / Greenhills Viramall

Sometimes, these stuff are cheaper in Viramall. Go to whichever is closer to you, because fuel is still considered as an expense.

In Gilmore, there are people outside who ask you what you need to buy. I just ignore them, but I'm curious...are they swindlers or employees sent out by computer stores to drag clients in?

Skin clinic: Mayon St. near N.S. Amoranto Sr. Ave.

This skin clinic is called Skin House. Their services include facial, diode laser hair removal, diamond peel, and more. Check out their website for a complete list and more info: http://www.theskinhousebeauty.com/.

The prices seemed reasonable and affordable. In fact, I tried the facial since I'm already there. The staffs were competent and accommodating. All the equipment used were high end, the laser machines as well. Moreover, the ambiance were comforting.

Maybe the ladies, who've tried their other services, would like to add more?

    ***********************************************

I also asked about the flier with the Kate Jones. Apparently, there's a nearby store selling skin care product with the brand of Kate Jones.
Their product consists of mild skin cleanser (Cetaphil), virgin coconut oil, sunblock, and whitening creams. There were more but I wasn't able to see them all. The prices were also cheap so I bought the coconut oil. Try to google it.

This store is located at Blumentritt St. near Laloma lechon capital.

    Back to the topic

Tiga QC ako at ni-refer ako madalas sa may Marikina Market (tabi ng sports complex) para bumili ng seafood na mura (mas mura compared sa Nepa Q-Mart and Farmer's). Food trip ren ang weekend kasi maraming nagbebenta ng lechon and lutong ulam

I saw some art supplies in CM Recto/Avenida area, but I only happen to pass by here so I didn't look inside. Though since they sell these stuff, it's worth checking.

I learned that I can buy electronic stuff dun sa photo studio sa mall near our place called Tronix.

Apparently, aside from printing pictures, they also sell mga energy savers sa ref at sa aircon. Mas mura sa kanila kaysa yung ibang binibenta sa hardware store!
