    iPhone 4S

I was looking forward to finally break up with Nokia but apple gave me this. Sh!tty S name that does not have the multitasking power I want pero dual core na.

I am so disappointed. I would have forgiven the absence of multitasking had it been a better eyecandy than my other prospect pero hinde! WTF!

    Nokia N9 here I come.

This thread is anything ang everything about Tim and his S.

    Impressed? Disappointed? Does not care?

iTards, fandroids and in betweeners are all welcome to critique or not Tim's S and the reactions it caused including mine. Go commando if you wish.

Sabi ko na nga ba, mala-3G-3GS yung ilalabas na iPhone. More reason to hold on to my iPhone 4 and wait for iPhone 5.

Mas na-excite pa ako sa release ng iOS5.

The one next to iPhone 4S will be exciting!

This good news for those who own iPhone 4 but bad news for people who are holding off the purchase of their next phone and are hoping for the next major upgrade of the iPhone.

I believe they should have released iPhone 4S sooner, may be at the same time as the release of the iPad 2. Unless Apple is planning on releasing iPhone 5 earlier than September next year but that one doesn't make any sense either. The whole point is to release the phone just in time for the Holidays.

    Fail phone.

Should've released iP5 instead.. don't care if it will be until next year.

What's with these phone companies? Samsung Galaxy S, SE Arc S, iPhone 4S.. Lol.

Why the constipated remark? Simply dont buy..

    (okay, bend over & spread)

I can understand the disappointment. The iPhone 4S should have been a generation better than the flagship androids like the Galaxy S II. It obviously is not.

It took AAPL 16 months to come up with what essentially were rudimentary upgrades.

Did you read? Nokia N9 here I come does not mean buying a 4S, does it?

You were not obliged to read my post in the first place.

Go throw away your money on the 14th. It is your money anyway.

Its dissapointing for 4 owners but hurray for 3G/3GS owners.

N9 vs iPhone?!?! Are u kidding me? I would highly suggest SGSII rather than the prehistoric Nokia phone

    Nokia? LOL.

I'd understand if it were a choice between a Samsung Galaxy SII and an iPhone 4/s. But a Noki

    iOS 5 doesn't seem new

Sure, iOS 5 has Siri and location-based Reminders and Cards, but overall it's just the same old stuff or playing catch up. Like Notifications. And there's really nothing new under the hood except a new image API for developers and Twitter integration. Wonderful.

For normal consumers, iOS 5 looks the same. It's still row after row of icons. The applications still live in their own little worlds, with little interaction between one another. Siri seems awesome, don't get me wrong. But, even if it works like advertised, I have a hard time imagining myself—or anybody—talking to their iPhones like Captain Kirk or Dave in 2001. The embarrassment factor is just too high for most people.

Mango, on the other hand, is different. Looking at the feature list, there's really no apparent distance with iOS 5. But it looks different, more modern and advanced than iOS 5. When I saw it for the first time my reaction was "oh, wow, what? really?"

Then, as I went through it, I felt the same sense of new and wonder that I felt the first time I played with my first iPhone. It's centered around the user's information, not around isolated app islands. Just looking at it is useful, with live updates of the stuff and people you really want to know about. And it's really smart. The search alone makes me feel like I did when I started up my first PC or my first Mac or my first iPhone or my first iPad.

    WINDOWS PHONE 7.5

For a normal consumer, Windows Phone 7.5 will feel polished and fun and shiny and useful and easy to use. It makes sense. At this point, it only needs a killer handset.

I actually like the N9, AMOLED, nice interface and it runs on Meego.

It uses an old proc though (Cortex A8).

    Kint, agree.

It does run on an inferior cpu. It does the work though. Have I been reading that it even trumps desktop browsers in HTML5. Most desktops now run in dual core cpus.

I hope you get the point here.

Android phones are good. Nokia N9 is better.
