    I've undergone typing test while some of the applicants didn't, well actually apat kami then dalawa lang kami nagtyping test. I'm not sure kung non voice or voice. Anyway I'm scheduled for final interview later, can anyone please give me tips on how or what the possible questions will be. Thanks!

    hired na ako dito kaso sa mas pinili ko na sa may 21 nalang magstart kesa nung monday maganda naman yung account back office sya sa ortigas may nakakaalam ba ng account na time warner?

    Ask ko *** if you can PM me the salary package for the time warner? is that a sales position also.. I'm also endorsed on a class that will start on may 21 but i'm not yet attending the final interview because want to know first the package.. glad if you can help..

    ask ko lang.. gaano po ba katagal yung training period sa startek? may 2 months po ba or at least 1 month po?

    Does StarTek have Job Openings for IT? They actually told me they received an application from me sa Trinoma Job Fair and they are inviting me for an initial interview. But if I remember correctly I didn't file for an application for the company. Do they have recruitment firms? Quite interesting.

    Hi I applied in the company in Startek Ortigas last January 9, My name is Ali. I underwent to a series of examinations such as the basic computer navigation, comprehension, reading assessment, written exam, computer selling examination, and typing test.

    I arrived in your company at around 4 in the afternoon at that day and to that series of examinations it lasted up until 11pm, Since it was already late we were asked to come back on the following day for the another series of assessment which is the interview. We came into the time as what the recruiter ask us to.

    We waited until the recruiter call our name for the interview the recruiter named Tj called my friends first to interview. Then was I and it was at around 5pm the recruiter named Tj introduced her self first then was I, I greeted her first then was She.

    She first asked me about my work experiences and I stated to her such as I started my career in a food and beverage. I worked in a Japanese Fast food Restaurant for a continues contract that lasted for 3 years and after, I worked in a Persian Restaurant on where I was appointed as a Head cook on where could determine my potential to lead.

    And after in Persian Restaurant I soon worked on the BPO the industry as also what was stated in my resume as such having an experience working in a reputable companies in the BPO industry. I separated to the companies I worked with for such reasons of ending of the signed contract, system error, and as such unexpected salary disputes.

    For the said reasons it was a circumstances beyond my control and if not because of the said reasons I could have stayed in the companies I worked with for a longer peroid of time. Which could also determine that I could stay in a company for a year or more.

    I stated this reasons to the recruiter who interviewed me It was a short interview. And after her having the perception on her mind she already made up her decision, I did not get the job. Into an interview that couldn't even distinguish the analytical capability of such potential. A critical thinking capability that could provide of such ideas, procedures and terminologies an ability that couldn't usually teach in such training programme.

    She had her decision, She based her decision in the such aspects on what was only visible into her eye according to her it was because of the tenure. I again explained to her that it was not my intention to end my employment to the previous companies I worked with. rather it was because of the circumstances which was beyond my control

    She did not comprehend the answer to her questions She took it the other way around, I imposed that I am not looking for a job, I am looking for a career.

    Her as a recruiter in an international company she replied a discouraging response. As such according to her should not pursue a career as an applicant wants to take. As into her position working in the recruiting department. isn't it an Unappropriate act for her to say that as a such career of a person's passionate to take shouldn't be pursue as a career to take.

    As a recruiter shouldn't her be the one that give an ideas, directions to enhance the areas of opportunity if there's such for the applicants to enhance the such potentials in order to reach the full extent of the capabilities and as such talent.

    As of the BPO companies today It was considered that one of the major component for a call center company to become successful is by means of the number of the employee a company employs.

    Potential call center agents who dreamt to work in a call center company undergo to a series of practice to be so. A numerous call center training programs that such government and private companies offer to such potential employees of the call center companies. An act from call center aspirants that could determine the dint and struggles of call center aspirants in order to work in call center company,

    My major concern is an employee of your company in the recruiting department does her job with the opposite objective of her duty. Please be reminded that in the department she is working with that she represents your company from the potential talents of your company,

    It was an Unappropriate act for her to discourage a person, someone nor applicants to pursue the career a person wants to take for her any personal reason.
