    Gagawan ng remake ng TV5 ang naturang teleserye na umere sa ABS-CBN at GMA-7 noong 1990s.

    Sa February 2012 pa ipalalabas ang Valiente sa TV5.
    *
    Ang dating Valiente ay produksiyon ng TAPE Inc., na siya ring producer ng Eat Bulaga!— ang longest-running noontime show sa bansa.
    *
    Isa sa senior hosts ng programa ang ama ni Oyo na si Vic Sotto.
    *
    Dahil dito ay ipinahayag ni Oyo ang karangalan na mapasama sa cast ng remake ng Valiente.

    Gagampanan ni Oyo ang role na Theo Braganza, na unang ginampanan ni Tirso Cruz III.

    as far as i could remember, this is the cast:

    Dona Trinidad Braganza - played by Odette Khan
    Leona Braganza - played by Glenda Garcia
    (i forgot the character's name) - played by Mariz - MYLA
    Theo Braganza - played by Tirso Cruz III
    Gardo Valiente - played by Michael de Mesa

    sa cast parang si Mariz lang ang lightweight performer. Glenda Garcia turned out to be a revelation.

    overall the cast is good so the new version would be filling big shoes for sure.
