    457 Visa Application

Hello. My hubby has just accepted a job offer from an OZ employer..Sponsorship and Nomination by the employer are underway (includes family). We are just completing some pending requirements (health cover arrangement, NBI clearance, NSO docs, etc..) before we lodge our application online. I just want to confirm that since it's an employer sponsored visa, no need for skills assessment and IELTS, right??, including other docs relating to skills assessment? Just want to make sure that when we lodge the application, it's complete kindly advise. thanks

I have the same situation with your hubby.
My company sponsored me and they already lodged my VISA 457 applicatio.
You will only know if IELTS is required once your VISA 457 has been lodged.
So far i have done our medical examination and only left is the health insurance.
You also need to get your Birth, marriage and passport authenticated as part of the requirement.
