To Apply/ Requirements: Just email/PM send ASAP ff. needed Data-

1) Full Name (First, Middle, Last)/ Gender (M/F)
2) Birthday & Civil Status (Full Name of Husband/Wife, if any)
3) Valid ID Type/No.
4) Mother's Full Maiden Name
5) Exact Service Address w/ nearest main road/landmark
6) Contact Nos. (CP and/or Landline)
7) Work Details (Company Name/Position/Contact nos./Monthly Gross), if applicable
8) Nearest Existing PLDT Tel. No. as Reference, if applicable

Terms and Conditions:

1) The service is open to residential non-PLDT or existing PLDT Subscribers.
2) Upon activation, customer must pay the one-time service activation fee of P1,100 (VAT Inclusive). This serves as the initial cash-outlay.
3) Payment of the regular Monthly Service Fee of P1299 starts upon receipt of the first bill.
4) Subscribers will be billed a Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) charge of P200 per month for the first six (6) months.
5) Subscribers get one (1) year of PLDT to PLDT NDD Calls nationwide. Regular NDD rates apply after the first year.
6) Only new Subscriber are entitled to the FREE Wireless Landline SIM and Handset.
7) A lock-in period of 24 months will be applied.
