Process Associate (CSR), Sr. Process Associate (Sr. CSR) & Subject Matter Experts (SME)
Essential Functions:
•Adhere to daily schedule by being available to take inbound calls as scheduled
•Answer inbound calls from shareholders and prospective shareholders - Promptly respond to clients’ telephone inquiries and ensure that their needs are met with accuracy and professionalism
•Ensure account verification procedures are followed.
•Adhere to CPU call handling requirements while interacting with customers.
•Respond to specific account and procedural information requests including balances, closing prices, portfolio performance and quotes.
•Listen actively and probe to determine client needs
•Actively resolve client issues
•Maintain shareholder accounts on the appropriate systems
•Escalate issues when necessary
•Keep management team informed of client feedback
•Make outbound follow-up calls to shareholders in response to issues which cannot be resolved point-of-call.
•Maintain an understanding of the systems required to initiate shareholder transaction and maintenance requests
•Remain up to date regarding Stock Transfer products, services and systems
•Maintain working knowledge of client products that CPU supports

Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•Strong Verbal and Written English
•1-5 years of experience in a call center handling a brokerage account (MANDATORY)

•Very good keyboard skills – Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage.
•Good analytical skills

Ive been here, and to my suprise, my application was not even entertain, you need 3 years solid experience in brokerage account, kung wala eh papauwiin ka..sayang ang punta, bumabagyo pa naman, kaya yung mga interesado, be sure na may 3 years solid experience *** either tech o csr na kelangan brokerage, kung *** eh mapapamura **** *** sa asar..
Ay ganon noVoice hassle naman yan. Nakatangap pa naman ako ng text for today. Nakakatakot naman kung dito yung sinasabi nilang SME position, eh wala din naman akong experience sa brokerage acct. Parang magsasayang ka lang ng oras at pagod.

nagapply ako sa ortigas site for csr post. yun.
initial interview.. ok nmn .. then sabi ng interviewer sakin, ang hinahanap nila is hindi lalagpas sa 18 mos ang experience sa financial account nila.. medyo di ko nagets yung logic... so i asked why. sbi nya, mshydo daw specific yung client, kelangan daw di nga lalagpas ng 18 mos. at dahil pang entry level *** yung salary na maibibigay nila, baka dw yung may mga 18+ month xp, eh mababaan sa offer kaya magresign *** kagad.
sabi nya sakin, meron dw opening sa mckinley,.. pero syempre.. di ko keri kasi sobrang layo nun sa bahay. ayon.. kinuha padin nya resume ko kse in case may TSR post daw sa ortigas, eh tatawagan ako, sa tsr daw ako ilalagay kase my experience din nmn ako as TSR. di na ko umaasa.
ng magpunta ko, 2 lang kme waiting. sobrang nice ng HR. as in super nice nya. feeling ko maganda environment dun. yun nga lang. try ko nlng sa iba.![]()
